【摘要】: 特色办园是一种客观存在,是幼儿园生存的需要,是幼儿教育事业发展的需要,也是社会进步的需要。幼儿园特色热中存在着经济本位、家长本位、幼儿园本位的价值取向,这种对“以人为本”实质内涵的曲解必然影响幼儿的全面发展和幼儿园办园特色方向的正确性。在办园特色这一块,研究层面的冷清与幼儿园实际中的特色热成鲜明反比,这说明在幼儿园管理理论中,办园特色一块还缺乏系统、理论结合实践的思考。本研究为幼儿园管理学开拓了个案研究的新视角,完善了幼儿园特色研究理论。同时通过总结提升湖南大学幼儿园“以人为本”的办园特色,为其实现“省内著名,国内一流”的目标夯实基础,有实践指导意义。 本研究首先阐述了研究的背景与目的,探讨了幼儿园“办园特色”和“以人为本”的理论研究和实践研究的动态。接着追寻湖南大学幼儿园办园特色形成的历史渊源和斐然成绩。然后从教育以达到幼儿的最优成长为根本、管理以实现教师的最大发展为根本、服务以满足家长的切实需要为根本三个方面全面剖析湖南大学幼儿园“以人为本”的整体办园特色。最后从高素质乐奉献的管理队伍引领特色、高水平富爱心的教师队伍打造特色、高质量重实效的教研科研提升特色三方面来探索湖南大学幼儿园办园特色形成的主要原因。
[Abstract]:Running a garden with characteristics is an objective existence, a need for kindergarten survival, a need for the development of preschool education, and a need for social progress. There exists the value orientation of economic standard, parent standard and kindergarten standard in the characteristic fever of kindergarten. This kind of misinterpretation of the essence connotation of "people-oriented" will inevitably affect the all-round development of children and the correctness of the characteristic direction of running kindergarten. In this part of the characteristics of running the garden, the cold and cool in the research level is in sharp inverse proportion to the characteristic heat in the kindergarten practice, which shows that in the kindergarten management theory, the characteristic piece of the kindergarten is still lack of system, and the theory is combined with the practice of thinking. This study has opened up a new perspective of case study for kindergarten management and perfected the theory of kindergarten characteristic research. At the same time, by summing up and promoting the "people-oriented" characteristics of the kindergarten of Hunan University, it is of practical significance to consolidate the foundation for the realization of the goal of "famous in the province, first-class in China". Firstly, the background and purpose of this study are expounded, and the trends of the theoretical and practical research of kindergarten "running characteristics" and "people-oriented" are discussed. Then the historical origin and achievements of the characteristics of kindergarten running in Hunan University are traced. Then from the education to achieve the optimal growth of young children as the fundamental, management to achieve the maximum development of teachers as the root. Service to meet the practical needs of parents as the fundamental three aspects of the overall analysis of Hunan University kindergarten "people-oriented" overall management characteristics. Finally, this paper explores the main reasons for the formation of the characteristics of the kindergarten in Hunan University from three aspects: leading the management team with high quality and dedication, building the characteristics of the high level and loving teachers, and promoting the scientific research of teaching and research with high quality and heavy effect.
