我国少数民族学前双语教育实施瓶颈与改进策略——以X藏族自治州为例

【摘要】:近年来我国少数民族地区双语幼儿园数量迅速扩展,合格双语教师紧缺;学前双语课程资源缺失,双语课程资源开发困难;单一双语教育模式导致幼儿双语能力非均衡发展;双语教学方式不符合幼儿心理特征与双语教育规律等是制约学前双语教育实施的瓶颈。要提高少数民族学前双语教育教学效果,可以从以下几方面入手:转变双语教师培养模式,加快双语教师专业成长;从幼儿熟悉的生活中建构丰富多彩的课程资源;建构多元双语教育模式,促进幼儿双语均衡发展;科学并艺术地开展双语教学活动。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of bilingual kindergartens in minority areas in China has expanded rapidly, the qualified bilingual teachers are in short supply, the resources of pre-school bilingual courses are lacking, the development of bilingual curriculum resources is difficult, the single mode of bilingual education leads to the unbalanced development of children's bilingual ability. Bilingual teaching method does not accord with children's psychological characteristics and bilingual education law is the bottleneck of pre-school bilingual education. To improve the teaching effect of ethnic minority pre-school bilingual education, we can start with the following aspects: changing the training mode of bilingual teachers, speeding up the professional growth of bilingual teachers, constructing rich and colorful curriculum resources from the familiar life of young children; To construct a multivariate bilingual education model to promote the balanced development of children's bilingualism, and to carry out bilingual teaching activities scientifically and artistically.
