深圳市民办幼儿园教师专业发展研究

【摘要】:幼儿教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,是终身教育的奠基阶段。随着我国社会的不断进步,各级各类优质教育成为发展的客观需求。本文拟研究的深圳市民办幼儿园教师专业发展,在于顺应时代要求,进一步优化幼儿教育,提高幼儿教师专业水平。本文提出的幼儿教师专业发展是指幼儿教师在从事幼儿教育工作过程中,其专业知识技能的不断丰富,专业态度的不断改善以及专业素养的不断提升。 深圳市由于其建制的特殊性决定了它的幼儿教育在体制上与其它大部分省市存在较为明显的差异,即深圳市民办幼儿园占深圳市幼儿园总数的90%以上,于是当地98%的幼儿就读于民办幼儿园,97%的幼儿教师在民办幼儿园。由此,,深圳市民办幼儿园教师的专业发展对深圳市幼儿教育事业的发展具有决定性的影响。 本文研究的目的在于通过对深圳市民办幼儿园教师专业发展的历程与现状研究,探寻影响深圳市民办幼儿园教师专业发展的主要问题,为如何推动民办幼儿园教师的专业发展找到一些切实可行的路子。 全文共分为四个部分: 第一部分,研究深圳市民办幼儿园教师专业发展的意义。从幼儿教师专业发展的定义出发,分别从提升教师素质,提升幼儿教育质量,促进民办幼儿园良性发展,深化幼儿教育办学体制改革等四个方面阐述了深圳市民办幼儿园教师专业发展的重要意义。 第二部分,分析深圳市民办幼儿园教师专业发展的历程与现状。深圳自特区建立以来20余年,经济发展经历了三个明显的阶段。民办幼儿园教师的专业发展在深圳市经济发展的各个阶段呈现出不同的特点。 第三部分,重点剖析影响深圳市民办幼儿园教师专业发展的主要问题。针对当前深圳市民办幼儿园的发展现状,分析影响深圳市民办幼儿园教师专业发展的主要因素,分别从对教
[Abstract]:Early childhood education is an important part of basic education and the foundation stage of lifelong education. With the continuous progress of our society, all kinds of quality education has become the objective demand of development. The professional development of private kindergarten teachers in Shenzhen is to adapt to the requirements of the times, to further optimize early childhood education and improve the professional level of preschool teachers. The professional development of preschool teachers in this paper refers to the continuous enrichment of professional knowledge and skills, the continuous improvement of professional attitude and the continuous improvement of professional literacy of preschool teachers in the process of working in early childhood education. Because of the particularity of Shenzhen's organizational system, there are obvious differences between Shenzhen's preschool education system and most other provinces and cities, that is, private kindergartens in Shenzhen account for more than 90% of the total number of kindergartens in Shenzhen. As a result, 98% of the children studied in private kindergartens and 97% of teachers were in private kindergartens. Therefore, the professional development of private kindergarten teachers in Shenzhen has a decisive impact on the development of preschool education in Shenzhen. The purpose of this study is to explore the main problems affecting the professional development of teachers in private kindergartens in Shenzhen through the research on the course and current situation of teachers' professional development in private kindergartens in Shenzhen. For how to promote the professional development of private kindergarten teachers to find some practical ways. The full text is divided into four parts: The first part studies the significance of teachers' professional development in private kindergartens in Shenzhen. Starting from the definition of professional development of preschool teachers, we should promote the quality of teachers, improve the quality of early childhood education, and promote the benign development of private kindergartens. This paper expounds the significance of the professional development of private kindergarten teachers in Shenzhen from four aspects: deepening the reform of preschool education system. The second part analyzes the history and present situation of teachers' professional development in private kindergartens in Shenzhen. Shenzhen has experienced three distinct stages of economic development since the establishment of the SEZ. The professional development of private kindergarten teachers presents different characteristics in each stage of Shenzhen's economic development. The third part analyzes the main problems that affect the professional development of private kindergarten teachers in Shenzhen. In view of the current situation of the development of private kindergartens in Shenzhen, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the professional development of teachers of private kindergartens in Shenzhen.
