中国与新西兰幼儿教师教育信念比较研究——以成都市和汉密尔顿市教师为例

【摘要】：中新两国幼儿教师教育信念的相似性源于儿童观和教育观的共识,以及两国具有相似性的学前教育课程标准;其差异性源于两国课程标准各有特色、教师教育课程的设置和实施方式,以及文化传统因素的影响。中国教师的教育信念呈现更大的内部不一致性。改革制度设计和教师教育课程对教师教育信念的形成和实现及学前教育的实践变革均有重大意义。
[Abstract]:The similarity of early childhood teachers' educational beliefs between China and New Zealand originates from the common sense of view on children and education, as well as from the similar curriculum standards of preschool education between the two countries, and the differences between the two countries are due to their respective characteristics. The setting and implementation of teacher education curriculum, as well as the influence of cultural and traditional factors. Chinese teachers' educational belief presents greater internal inconsistency. The reform of system design and the curriculum of teacher education are of great significance to the formation and realization of teachers' educational beliefs and the practical reform of preschool education.
