【摘要】：态度、信念、价值观是幼儿教师专业发展的内在动力,是幼儿教师专业精神及文化建设的核心。形成正确的态度,是幼儿教师专业引领的着眼点与起点;树立坚定的专业信念,是幼儿教师专业引领的立足点与根本点;积极健康的价值观,是实现幼儿教师专业引领的重要保障。
[Abstract]:Attitude, belief and values are the inner motive force of preschool teacher's professional development and the core of preschool teacher's professional spirit and culture construction. Forming a correct attitude is the starting point and starting point of preschool teachers' professional guidance; establishing firm professional beliefs is the foothold and root point of preschool teachers' professional guidance; positive and healthy values, It is an important guarantee to realize the professional guidance of preschool teachers.
