上海市幼儿园家长教育选择之研究

【摘要】: 所谓“教育选择”是指家长在子女基本教育阶段,根据子女的性向、兴趣与需求而选择学校,并保障他们的受教权。本研究是对上海市幼儿园家长的教育选择观念及其教育选择现状的调查研究。 本篇论文首先从学前教育的角度来看家长在替孩子选择幼儿园时本身的教育理念,但是家长教育选择除受观念影响外,往往还会受到许多外在因素的影响,而其间也呈现出不同的问题。因此本研究更进一步从家长背景因素中分析其影响教育选择的原因,最后提出引导或建议。 研究对象的选择是从上海市随机挑选17所公办和民办幼儿园,每所发放50份问卷。其中公办园中包括示范园、一级园和二级园。分层抽取样本旨在从不同的性质和不同级别幼儿园的家长背景中分析他们对于教育选择的不同看法。 研究方法结合访谈法和问卷调查法。从访谈中了解家长教育选择的内容并作为问卷设计的基础,最后归结家长教育选择的内容为幼儿园的方便性、费用、信息来源、课程内容与教育理念、环境设备、幼儿园性质、师资队伍、幼儿园的形象、个别需求等九个维度。 问卷调查结果显示:家长在教育选择上出现了部分误区,父亲参与孩子教育的机会较低、家长获得幼儿园信息来源有较大差异、家长执行教育选择的机会不均衡;在家长教育选择的内容方面,家长最重视的前三项内容为幼儿园的环境和设备、师资、课程内容与教育理念;并且家长对于幼儿园的教育选择受家长教育程度、收入、职业等影响而产生不同的教育价值观;不同性质的幼儿园家长及不同级别公办园的幼儿园家长对于教育选择的内容甚至家长背景都有差异。 上述结果在显示家长教育选择内容和观念的同时,也在某种程度上证明了不同社会层级的家庭教育选择的差异性。但是学前教育作为一项公共事业,政府有责任协调其发展,而幼儿教育体制和政策也间接影响着家长的教育选择,尤其是影响公共教育资源分配的公平性。故针对研究所发现问题提出的解决方针和改善措施中,不仅包括对家长、幼儿园管理者的意见,也包括对政府有关部门的参考建议,尤其是关于教育券的建议。
[Abstract]:The so-called "educational choice" refers to parents choosing schools according to their children's sexual orientation, interests and needs in the basic stage of their children's education, and protecting their right to receive education. This study is a survey of parents' educational choice concept and current situation of kindergarten parents in Shanghai. This paper first looks at the educational concept of parents when choosing kindergarten for their children from the perspective of preschool education, but parents' choice of education is often affected by many external factors in addition to the influence of ideas. Meanwhile, there are different problems. Therefore, this study further analyzes the reasons that affect the educational choice from the parents' background factors, and finally puts forward some guidance or suggestions. The subjects were randomly selected from 17 public and private kindergartens in Shanghai, each of which distributed 50 questionnaires. Among them, public garden includes demonstration garden, first class garden and second class garden. The purpose of stratified sampling is to analyze different views on educational choice from different parents' backgrounds. Methods combined with interview and questionnaire. The content of parents' education choice is understood from the interview and used as the basis of the questionnaire design. Finally, the contents of parents' educational choice are the convenience, cost, information source, curriculum content and educational idea, environmental equipment, nature of kindergarten, etc. Teachers, kindergarten image, individual needs and other nine dimensions. The result of the questionnaire survey shows that there are some misunderstandings in the educational choice of parents, the chance of father participating in children's education is low, the source of parents' obtaining kindergarten information is quite different, and the opportunity of parents' carrying out educational choice is not balanced; In terms of the content of parents' educational choices, the first three contents that parents attach most importance to are the environment and equipment of kindergartens, teachers, curriculum contents and educational concepts. Different kindergarten parents and kindergarten parents of different levels have different educational choice content and even parents' background. The above results not only show the content and concept of parents' educational choice, but also prove to some extent the differences of family educational choices at different social levels. However, preschool education as a public enterprise, the government has the responsibility to coordinate its development, and the early childhood education system and policies also indirectly affect parents' educational choices, especially the fairness of the allocation of public education resources. Therefore, not only the opinions of parents and kindergarten managers, but also the reference suggestions of relevant government departments, especially the suggestions on educational vouchers, are included in the measures to solve the problems found in the study.
