关注热身环节,提高幼儿体育教育活动质量

【摘要】：热身环节是幼儿体育教育活动必不可少的一部分,直接影响体育活动的质量和效果。但当前热身环节的现状差强人意:活动内容欠缺针对性,活动形式单一,教师欠缺引导性等问题亟待解决。针对存在的问题,可以尝试借助凸显热身环节内容的针对性,整合活动形式的固定性和变换性,研制以"级"为单位的热身方案,引进男幼儿体育教师等策略提高热身环节的质量。
[Abstract]:Warm-up is an essential part of children's physical education activities, which directly affects the quality and effect of sports activities. However, the current situation of warm-up is unsatisfactory: lack of pertinence of activity content, single form of activity, lack of guidance by teachers and so on. In view of the existing problems, we can try to develop a warm-up program based on "grade" by highlighting the pertinence of the content of the warm-up link and integrating the fixed and changeable nature of the activity form. The introduction of male child sports teachers and other strategies to improve the quality of warm-up links.
