多元智能理论应用于幼儿园教学改革的策略

【摘要】: 幼儿园教学改革是全面落实我国的教育方针、实现幼儿园培养目标的关键。长期以来,我国幼儿园教学改革在教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价以及相应的教学环境等方面存在着许多未能解决的理论和实践问题,它呼唤着新的教育思想和教育理念。加德纳的多元智能理论就是众多理论中极有份量和应用价值的一种科学的教育理论。本文对多元智能理论应用于幼儿园教学改革的策略进行了理论与实践相结合的研究与探索。 论文包括三个部分。 第一部分从我国幼儿园教学改革中的主要问题入手,提出了多元智能理论应用于幼儿园教学改革中主要实施点,具体描述了我在吉林市医药附属幼儿园应用多元智能理论的实践探索过程和结果,进一步明确了只要选择科学完整的教学改革策略,多元智能理论在幼儿园教学改革中应用不仅是必须的也是必然的。 第二部分从四个角度论述了多元智能理论应用于幼儿园教学改革的策略,即多元智能理论应用于幼儿园教学目标改革中的策略,多元智能理论应用于幼儿园教学内容改革中的策略,多元智能理论应用于幼儿园教学方法改革中的策略,多元智能理论应用于幼儿园教学评价改革中的策略,在以多元智能理论全方位思考幼儿园教学改革的同时,提出了具体操作的实施策略,形成了幼儿园教学改革新的思路和理念。 第三部分论述了多元智能理论应用于幼儿园教学改革应必备的条件,即加强教师培训、科学利用教育资源的、创设优质的幼儿园环境等,本文就这些必备条件的建设提供了积极的设想,若在实践中得以实施,将会为多元智能理论在幼儿园教学改革中的应用培育出最肥沃的土壤。
[Abstract]:The reform of kindergarten teaching is the key to implement the educational policy of our country and to realize the training goal of kindergarten. For a long time, there are many unsolved theoretical and practical problems in the reform of kindergarten teaching in our country, such as teaching goal, teaching content, teaching method, teaching evaluation and corresponding teaching environment. It calls for new educational thoughts and ideas. Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences is a scientific educational theory of great importance and practical value. This paper studies and explores the strategy of applying multiple intelligences theory to kindergarten teaching reform. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part, starting with the main problems in kindergarten teaching reform in China, puts forward the main implementation points of applying the theory of multiple intelligences to kindergarten teaching reform. This paper describes the practical exploration process and results of the application of multiple intelligences theory in Jilin Medical affiliated Kindergarten, and further clarifies the scientific and complete teaching reform strategy. The application of multiple intelligences theory in kindergarten teaching reform is not only necessary but also inevitable. The second part discusses the strategy of applying multiple intelligences theory to kindergarten teaching reform from four angles, that is, the strategy of applying multiple intelligences theory to kindergarten teaching goal reform. The theory of multiple intelligences is applied to the reform of kindergarten teaching content, the theory of multiple intelligences is applied to the reform of kindergarten teaching methods, and the theory of multiple intelligences is applied to the reform of kindergarten teaching evaluation. On the basis of the theory of multiple intelligences, the author puts forward the implementation strategy of the kindergarten teaching reform, and forms a new idea and idea of the kindergarten teaching reform. The third part discusses the necessary conditions for the application of multiple intelligences theory in kindergarten teaching reform, that is, strengthening teacher training, making scientific use of educational resources, creating high-quality kindergarten environment, and so on. This paper provides a positive assumption for the construction of these necessary conditions. If carried out in practice, it will cultivate the most fertile soil for the application of the theory of multiple intelligences in kindergarten teaching reform.
