幼儿园改制对幼儿园教师生存境地的影响

【摘要】:基于减轻企业负担考虑的幼儿园体制改革,对幼儿教师的生存产生了重大影响。在幼儿园改制过程中,幼儿园教师普遍经历了"反应强烈、情绪失控,消极看破、自我嘲弄,收拾心情、日子继续"的心理历程。改制之后,多数幼儿教师只有"转岗做后勤工作""留下来做临时工""到小学继续工作""早日退休"等出路。这种负面的消极影响持续至今,未能妥善解决的编制、工资、职称和养老等问题仍在严重地损害着改制幼儿园教师的生存质量。
[Abstract]:The reform of kindergarten system based on lightening the burden of enterprises has a great impact on the survival of preschool teachers. In the process of kindergarten reform, kindergarten teachers generally experienced the psychological process of "strong reaction, out of control mood, negative piercing, self-ridicule, picking up mood and continuing day". After the reform, most kindergarten teachers can only "switch posts to do logistics work", "stay for temporary jobs", "continue to work in primary schools," retire early "and so on. This negative influence continues up to now, and the problems of establishment, salary, professional title and old-age care are still seriously damaging the quality of life of the reformed kindergarten teachers.
