混合式学习在幼儿园教师在职培训中的运用研究

【摘要】: 《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》(以下简称“新《纲要》”)的颁布使幼儿教育改革的步伐加快,对幼儿园教师的素质也提出新的挑战,有效的教师在职培训对于幼儿园教师队伍建设具有决定性作用。实施有效的教师在职培训适应变革,是时代所需、是教育改革所需。研究者发现,目前我国幼儿园教师在职培训存在着内容陈旧并且针对性不强,培训形式单一,缺乏实践性等问题,而同时,在全球范围内,众多学术机构与专家研究混合式学习已颇有时日,使其在教育和培训领域得到迅速应用与发展,并有一定的成效,例如IBM公司把混合式学习用于员工培训,取得巨大收益。混合式学习在我国大学远程学历培训和社会企业培训中的研究也缓慢而稳步上升,但还未有人对其在幼儿园教师在职培训中的应用进行过详细研究。基于此,研究者通过分析企业员工培训案例,并结合大量文献资料阅读研究,把如何将混合式学习的优势应用于幼儿园教师在职培训中,作为本课题研究的主要内容。 本文包括六章内容,第一章主要是绪论,介绍本研究的背景、选题的提出及其研究意义;第二章是理论基础,主要阐述混合式学习的相关理论,定义其相关概念;第三章分析了对幼儿园教师的素质要求和其在职培训现状,及探索有效培训形式的必要性;第四章设计了混合式学习应用于幼师在职培训的模式;第五章以“幼儿科学教学法”为内容设计出混合式学习的实践案例;第六章是结语,对全文进行总结。 本文的创新点在于利用混合式学习理论开展幼儿园教师在职培训研究,分析有巨大效益的企业培训模式的特点,探索总结经验,从而构建适应信息时代的幼儿园教师在职培训体系。本文希望通过研究混合式学习理论在企业中的运用案例,以期解决现有幼儿园教师在职培训存在的问题,提高我国幼儿园教师培训质量,同时为我国的混合式学习理论应用和在职培训进行有益地探索。
[Abstract]:The promulgation of "guidelines for Kindergarten Education" (hereinafter referred to as "the New outline") speeds up the reform of preschool education, and puts forward new challenges to the quality of kindergarten teachers. Effective teacher-in-service training plays a decisive role in the construction of kindergarten teachers. It is the need of the times and the educational reform to carry out effective on-the-job training for teachers to adapt to the changes. The researchers found that the in-service training of kindergarten teachers in our country has some problems, such as outdated contents, weak pertinence, single training form, lack of practicality, and so on. At the same time, in the global scope, Many academic institutions and experts have been studying hybrid learning for a long time, which has made it rapidly applied and developed in the field of education and training. For example, IBM has used hybrid learning for employee training and made great profits. The research of hybrid learning in distance education training and social enterprise training in our country is also slowly and steadily rising, but no one has done a detailed study on its application in the in-service training of kindergarten teachers. Based on this, through analyzing the case of employee training in enterprises, and combining with a lot of literature and reading research, the researcher applies the advantage of hybrid learning to the in-service training of kindergarten teachers, which is the main content of this research. This paper includes six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, introduces the background of this study, the topic and its research significance, the second chapter is the theoretical basis, mainly describes the relevant theory of hybrid learning, defines its related concepts; The third chapter analyzes the quality requirements of kindergarten teachers and the current situation of their in-service training, and explores the necessity of effective training form, the fourth chapter designs the model of hybrid learning applied to the in-service training of kindergarten teachers. In the fifth chapter, the author designs a practical case of mixed learning with the content of "early Childhood Science Teaching method"; the sixth chapter is the conclusion, which summarizes the full text. The innovation of this paper lies in carrying out the on-the-job training research of kindergarten teachers by using the mixed learning theory, analyzing the characteristics of the enterprise training model with great benefit, and exploring and summarizing the experience. In order to adapt to the information age of kindergarten teachers training system. This paper hopes to solve the problems existing in the in-service training of kindergarten teachers and improve the quality of the training of kindergarten teachers in our country by studying the application cases of hybrid learning theory in enterprises in order to solve the problems existing in the in-service training of kindergarten teachers. At the same time, the application of hybrid learning theory and on-the-job training are explored.
