幼儿混龄区域活动管理研究
[Abstract]:As a new form of regional activities, children's mixed age regional activities have attracted the attention of their counterparts in the world. The regional activities of children with mixed age is a kind of regional activity which is beneficial to the development of children's personality and sociality. It is the need of the individual development of young children, and it is also the subject of research in accordance with the characteristics of the times. At present, due to the active participation of children, the setting of environment, the guidance of teachers and so on, the regional activities of mixed age have put forward higher requirements, so they have not been popularized in our country, and the theoretical research is still very deficient. It is an inevitable trend to study the regional activity management of children's mixed age. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part: introduction, mainly to the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research methods, research ideas and other general content. The second part: the concept and theoretical basis of regional activity management for children with mixed age, and discusses its inspiration to the regional activity management of children with mixed age. The third part, the current situation and analysis of children's mixed age regional activities. In the aspect of setting up the activity environment, it is shown that the activity material is not reasonable, and the concrete manifestation in the activity development is: the children gather according to the age, the activity form is single, the child's problem behavior is many; In the aspect of teacher management, teachers lack management skills, are not familiar with children, and do not understand the goals of activity system. The fourth part, the children mixed age area activity management strategy. At the kindergarten level, it mainly includes: creating scientific and interactive regional environment, carrying out various regional activities of mixed age of young children, establishing perfect system of activity rules, perfecting teacher training system, constructing management community and establishing evaluation mechanism of activities; At the teacher level, it mainly includes changing teachers' management concept and cultivating healthy regional activity management behavior of children at mixed ages.
