构建学前教育质量保障体系的国际经验及其对我国的启示

【摘要】:世界部分教育发达国家为提高学前教育质量,已构建了较为完善的学前教育质量保障体系。借鉴发达国家和地区的经验与做法,结合当前我国学前教育改革与发展的特点与趋向,在构建我国学前教育质量保障体系时,建议采取如下措施:制定统一的学前教育质量国家标准;建立科学的学前教育质量评估指标体系;构建以提高质量为目的的学前教育质量政府监管体系;构建内外结合,以内为主的学前教育质量评估机制;建立完善的幼儿教师质量保障体系;构建和谐的家园合作共同体。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of preschool education, some developed countries in the world have constructed a relatively perfect system of ensuring the quality of preschool education. Drawing lessons from the experiences and practices of developed countries and regions, combining with the characteristics and trends of the reform and development of preschool education in China, this paper constructs the quality assurance system of preschool education in China. It is suggested that the following measures should be taken: to establish a unified national standard for the quality of preschool education; to establish a scientific evaluation index system for the quality of preschool education; to establish a governmental supervision system for the quality of preschool education aimed at improving the quality; to establish a combination of internal and external education; Internal preschool education quality evaluation mechanism; establish a perfect early childhood teacher quality assurance system; build a harmonious home cooperation community.
