新教师发展的“四步骤”策略及其价值——以小班科学活动“水”的教研过程为例

【摘要】:在反思传统教学指导的基础上,尝试对新入职教师听评课教研方式进行重建,通过反复观课、深度访谈、反思研究、示范指导,引领新教师不断发现问题,改进教学,进而提炼,形成范式。实践表明",四步骤"教研策略是一种行之有效的教研方式,充分关注了新教师的知识结构,有的放矢地开展了针对性指导,让她们释放出更多的热情和潜能,从而使其专业发展迈上新的台阶。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reflecting on the traditional teaching guidance, this paper attempts to reconstruct the teaching and research methods of new teachers' listening and evaluating courses, and through repeated observation, in-depth interviews, reflective research, demonstration guidance, leads new teachers to constantly discover problems and improve teaching. Then refine, form the paradigm. Practice shows that the "four-step" teaching and research strategy is an effective teaching and research method, which pays full attention to the knowledge structure of new teachers, provides targeted guidance, and allows them to release more enthusiasm and potential. So that its professional development to a new level.
