试论幼儿教育理念创新

【摘要】：创新是人类可持续发展必不可少的前提因素。一个成功的幼教管理者在于树立全新的幼教理念,在实践中不断完善,以超前与时尚的乐章管理好一所幼儿园。这就需要管理者在长年累月的学习、创新和实践中不断提升自我,在殚精竭虑的管理中修炼自我,达到实现成功管理的目的;要忠诚党的教育事业,怀着满腔激情,实施幼教乐章"五步曲",那么,成功离我们不再遥远。
[Abstract]:Innovation is an essential prerequisite for sustainable human development. A successful preschool education manager is to set up a new concept of early childhood education, improve it in practice, and manage a kindergarten well with advanced and fashionable movement. This requires managers to constantly improve themselves through years of study, innovation and practice, to cultivate themselves in the effort of management, to achieve the goal of successful management, to be loyal to the Party's educational cause, and to be full of passion.
