构建示范性幼儿园示范活动的保障体系

【摘要】：构建制度保障、人才保障、政策保障、效果保障为一体的示范性幼儿园示范活动保障体系,通过优秀教师的参与与带动、"内外"双层监控督导机制等,保障示范活动的良性运作,确保示范辐射的思想统一,扫除活动过程中的屏障,以此保证双方幼儿园的共赢,促动区域内幼儿园整体水平的提升。
