余干县农村幼儿园教育的发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】:学前教育是人生发展的奠基性教育,是基础教育的基础,终身教育的开端,是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,其对于促进个体早期的全面健康发展,巩固和提高九年义务教育质量与效益,全面提升国民素质,促进教育和社会公平,建设人力资源强国具有重要价值和意义。 改革开放以来,在党和政府领导下,依靠社会多方面力量,我国学前教育事业取得了长足的发展。但是,近年来,尽管在国家经济快速发展、义务教育和高中教育取得很大进展的形势下,幼儿教育的发展特别是农村幼儿教育的发展却举步维艰。农村幼儿教育已成为我国整个教育体系的“短板”。 本文运用文献资料法、观察法、问卷法、访谈法等研究方法,在客观、全面地展现余干县农村幼儿园教育发展现状的基础上,比较准确地揭示了余干县农村幼儿园教育存在幼教经费短缺、入园人数偏少、环境设施简陋、师资力量薄弱、教育教学质量低等主要问题;深入地分析了问题产生的原因,主要在于思想认识片面、缺少财政投入、幼教规模偏小、教师权益难保、缺乏检查督导;进而提出要从提高思想认识、加大财政投入、改善办学条件、加强队伍建设、规范教学内容、强化管理监督等方面改进余干县农村幼儿园教育现状,以促进农村幼儿园教育健康发展。
[Abstract]:Preschool education is the foundation of life development, the foundation of basic education, the beginning of lifelong education and the important part of national education system. It is of great value and significance to consolidate and improve the quality and benefit of nine-year compulsory education, to improve the national quality, to promote education and social equity, and to build a powerful country of human resources. Since the reform and opening up, under the leadership of the party and government, relying on various social forces, preschool education in China has made great progress. However, in recent years, despite the rapid development of national economy, compulsory education and high school education has made great progress, the development of early childhood education, especially in rural areas, is difficult. Rural early childhood education has become the "short board" of the whole education system of our country. In this paper, the methods of literature, observation, questionnaire and interview are used to show the present situation of rural kindergarten education in Yugan County objectively and comprehensively. The main problems of rural kindergarten education in Yugan County, such as shortage of funds for preschool education, small number of students in kindergarten, poor environmental facilities, weak teachers, low quality of education and teaching and so on, are revealed accurately, and the causes of the problems are analyzed deeply. It mainly lies in the one-sided ideological understanding, the lack of financial input, the small scale of preschool education, the difficult protection of teachers' rights and interests, and the lack of inspection and supervision; furthermore, it is proposed to improve the ideological understanding, increase financial investment, improve the conditions for running schools, and strengthen the building of the contingent. In order to promote the healthy development of rural kindergarten education, the present situation of rural kindergarten education in Yugan County should be improved by standardizing teaching contents and strengthening management and supervision.
