“以实践为取向”的美国学前教师教育课程——以阿拉巴马大学儿童早期教育专业为例

【摘要】:美国"以实践为取向"的学前教育师资培养模式强调理论与实践的融合,教育实践活动贯穿教师教育课程学习的全部中心环节。课程设置以发展职前教师的实践能力为核心,课程设计将理论知识学习与田野实践有机整合,课程教学与幼儿园紧密合作,融入体验式学习和探究型学习的教学理念,课程评价则重视职前教师在幼儿园的实践操作能力。这种师资培养模式为我国学前教师教育课程改革提供了有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The "practice-oriented" pre-school teacher training model in the United States emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, and educational practice activities run through all the central links of teachers' educational curriculum learning. Curriculum design is based on the development of pre-service teachers' practical ability. Curriculum design integrates theoretical knowledge learning with field practice, curriculum teaching works closely with kindergarten, and integrates the teaching idea of experiential learning and inquiry learning. Curriculum evaluation emphasizes the practical operation ability of pre-service teachers in kindergarten. This kind of teacher training mode provides a useful reference for the reform of preschool teacher education curriculum in China.
