幼儿园保教质量评估指标体系建构研究

【摘要】:本研究从结构性质量、过程性质量、结果性质量三个维度来建构幼儿园评估指标体系,采用项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对幼儿园保教质量评估指标体系开展了标准化检验,分析了保教质量评估指标重要性程度问卷的信度和效度,采用了主成分分析法计算了保教质量评估指标的权重。结果表明:幼儿园保教质量可以划分为三个维度:结构性质量、过程性质量、结果性质量;研究所使用问卷的内部一致性信度、分半信度、重测信度、结构效度均较好,结构性指标、过程性指标、结果性指标的权重系数分别为0.14、0.61、0.25,过程性指标的权重系数相对更大。
[Abstract]:This study constructs the evaluation index system of kindergarten from three dimensions: structural quality, process quality and resultant quality, and adopts project analysis. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis carried out a standardized test on the evaluation index system of nursery care quality, and analyzed the reliability and validity of the questionnaire on the importance of the evaluation index. The principal component analysis method is used to calculate the weight of the quality evaluation index. The results show that: kindergarten care quality can be divided into three dimensions: structural quality, process quality, resultant quality; The internal consistency reliability, split-half reliability, test-retest reliability and structural validity of the questionnaire were all good. The weight coefficients of the structural index and the process index were 0.140.61 and 0.25, respectively. The weight coefficient of the process index is relatively large.
