【摘要】：奥巴马入主白宫后,为缓解日益加深的经济危机,提高国民素质,增强国际竞争力,确保美国社会的长期繁荣与发展,将以前联邦政府甚少关注的学前教育作为教育改革的突破口。奥巴马政府的学前教育改革蓝图以"普及、优质、公平"的目标领航学前教育改革;成立专门领导机构,加强各级政府对学前教育的统筹协调;学前教育经费单列,健全财政运行机制,为教育改革蓝图提供资金支持;确保师资队伍数量适度,提高教师待遇,提升教师素质;吸纳社会各界广泛参与,营建学前教育环境,形成教育合力;通过"全方位、多层次、立体化"项目格局推动学前教育改革蓝图的落实。奥巴马政府学前教育改革蓝图,对于推进我国学前教育事业的发展具有重要的借鉴意义和参考价值。
