民办幼儿园教师依法执教现状、问题及对策研究

【摘要】：民办幼儿园教师是教师团队当中的重要组成部分,为我国的教育事业做出了重大的贡献.伴随着我国经济的不断发展以及人们科学教育意识的不断进步,幼儿园教育事业将会有一个新的发展高峰,民办幼儿园为国家教育事业做出了巨大贡献,但是民办幼儿园教师依法执教问题却屡屡登上各大新闻媒体,这说明在现阶段的幼儿园教育中还存在诸多问题.特别是在民办幼儿园中,幼儿园教师依法执教的现状以及出现的问题值得我们深思,并且应该及时给出一定的应对措施.
[Abstract]:Private kindergarten teachers are an important part of the teacher team, and have made great contributions to the educational cause of our country. With the development of economy and the progress of people's consciousness of science education, kindergarten education will have a new development peak, and private kindergartens have made great contributions to the national education. However, the problem of teachers teaching in private kindergartens according to law is frequently on the news media, which shows that there are still many problems in kindergarten education at the present stage. Especially in the private kindergartens, the present situation and problems of kindergarten teachers teaching according to law are worth pondering, and some countermeasures should be given in time.
