创新型幼儿教师培养策略研究

【摘要】: 创新教育在向传统幼儿教育的挑战中,归根到底对教师的素质提出了要求和挑战。本文采用文献法、问卷法、访谈法及实践研究法等综合的研究方法,从对幼教实践的反思入手,以创新教育在国内外的理论研究与实践探索为背景,研究了创新教育、幼儿创新教育、创新型幼儿教师的内涵,剖析了目前幼儿教师创新素质缺失的现状,在对其原因进行深层次、全方位分析的基础上,从外部因素与内部因素两个方面提出了创新型幼儿教师的培养策略,并进行了初步的实践探索。试图通过此项研究和实践,探索创新型幼儿教师培养的有效策略,为创新型幼儿教师的培养和幼儿创新教育的实施提供理论依据和实践支持。
[Abstract]:In the challenge of traditional preschool education, innovative education has put forward demands and challenges to teachers' quality in the final analysis. This paper adopts comprehensive research methods such as literature method, questionnaire method, interview method and practice research method, starting with the reflection on the practice of preschool education, and taking the theoretical research and practical exploration of innovative education at home and abroad as the background, studies the innovative education. This paper analyzes the present situation of the lack of innovative quality of preschool teachers, and analyzes the reasons for it on the basis of deep and all-round analysis. This paper puts forward the training strategies of innovative preschool teachers from two aspects of external and internal factors, and makes a preliminary practical exploration. Through this research and practice, this paper attempts to explore the effective strategies for the cultivation of innovative preschool teachers, and to provide theoretical basis and practical support for the cultivation of innovative preschool teachers and the implementation of innovative infant education.
