幼儿园“师带徒”存在的问题及其对策研究

【摘要】: 幼儿园课程改革的逐步深入,为幼儿园和教师专业成长带来了前所未有的发展机遇,同时也提出了巨大的挑战。促进教师专业的成长成为人们关注的重点。“师带徒”作为一种重要的幼儿园本位的教师培训方式,不管是对入职初期新教师还是经验丰富的老教师的专业成长都有促进作用,满足了教师专业发展的时代要求。本论文立足于当前幼儿园“师带徒”的发展实际,在实践研究的基础上,归纳分析了幼儿园“师带徒”目前存在的问题,并提出发展建议。 论文主要由三部分构成: 第一部分:问题的提出。提出了幼儿园开展“师带徒”的意义,对以往相关研究进行了综述,并简要说明本论文的研究方法。 第二部分:分析幼儿园“师带徒”开展的现状,阐述幼儿园“师带徒”在实践中存在的问题。主要包括思想认识片面,忽视教学相长;制度不规范,结对不民主;领导不重视,过程管理不到位;评价方式不科学、奖惩制度不明确几个方面。 第三部分:针对问题,提出解决策略,包括:形成对“师带徒”全面认识的策略;完善“师带徒”制度的策略;加强过程管理的策略;建立教师成长档案袋的策略。
[Abstract]:The gradual deepening of curriculum reform in kindergartens has brought unprecedented opportunities for the professional growth of kindergartens and teachers, as well as great challenges. To promote the professional growth of teachers has become the focus of attention. As an important way of teacher training based on kindergarten, "teacher with apprentice" can promote the professional growth of new teachers and experienced old teachers, and meet the needs of teachers' professional development. This paper is based on the development practice of "teachers and disciples" in kindergarten at present, on the basis of practical research, this paper sums up and analyzes the problems existing in kindergarten "teachers and students", and puts forward some suggestions for development. The thesis is mainly composed of three parts: the first part: put forward the problem. This paper puts forward the significance of carrying out "teacher leading students" in kindergarten, summarizes the previous researches, and briefly explains the research methods of this paper. The second part: analyzes the present situation of kindergarten "teacher leading students", expounds the problems of kindergarten "teacher leading students" in practice. It mainly includes one-sided thinking and neglecting teaching; the system is not standardized and paired is not democratic; the leadership does not attach importance to the process management is not in place; the evaluation method is not scientific; the reward and punishment system is not clear several aspects. The third part: in view of the problem, puts forward the solution strategy, including: the strategy of forming a comprehensive understanding of "teacher leading students"; the strategy of perfecting the system of "teacher leading student"; the strategy of strengthening process management; and the strategy of establishing teacher growth portfolio.
