优质幼儿园文化建设研究

【摘要】: 近年来,随着社会的发展,人们对于优质幼儿教育的需求越来越强烈,优质幼儿园成为幼儿园发展的方向。优质幼儿园的文化建设对于推动幼儿园可持续发展起着举足轻重的作用,是优质品牌建设的核心要素。本文选取了沈阳市4所比较有代表性的优质幼儿园作为研究对象,运用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法、观察法等研究方法,对幼儿园的物质文化建设、制度文化建设、行为文化建设和观念文化建设等四个方面进行了调查分析,总结了优质幼儿园文化建设的经验,发现了其中存在的问题,主要原因在于理论学习和实践探索不足、文化建设整体建构意识淡薄等等。在参考大量研究文献和调查总结的基础上,提出了优质幼儿园文化建设的原则和文化建设的措施,即:重视幼儿园文化的整体设计、积淀和传承,提高文化的育人功能;学习借鉴国内外优质幼儿园文化建设的先进经验;处理好与时俱进和弘扬传统文化的关系;坚持以人为本的幼儿园文化建设理念;注重实践活动的开展,调动和发挥师幼的积极性和创造潜能;加强幼儿园文化建设的督导评估机制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of society, people's demand for high-quality preschool education is more and more strong, high-quality kindergarten has become the direction of kindergarten development. The cultural construction of high-quality kindergarten plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of kindergarten and is the core element of the construction of high-quality brand. In this paper, four representative high quality kindergartens in Shenyang are selected as the research object, and the material culture construction and system culture construction of kindergarten are constructed by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, observation and so on. The construction of behavior culture and concept culture are investigated and analyzed, the experience of culture construction of high quality kindergarten is summarized, and the existing problems are found. The main reason lies in the lack of theoretical study and practice exploration. The overall construction consciousness of cultural construction is weak and so on. On the basis of a great deal of research literature and investigation summary, this paper puts forward the principles of cultural construction of high quality kindergarten and the measures of cultural construction, that is: attach importance to the overall design, accumulation and inheritance of kindergarten culture, and improve the educational function of culture; Learn from the advanced experience of high-quality kindergarten culture construction at home and abroad, deal with the relationship between keeping pace with the times and carrying forward the traditional culture, adhere to the concept of people-oriented kindergarten culture construction; Pay attention to the development of practical activities, mobilize and bring into play the enthusiasm and creative potential of teachers and children, strengthen the supervision and evaluation mechanism of kindergarten culture construction.
