“能力本位论”的高职学前教育人才培养途径

【摘要】：能力本位教育就是以能力标准作为人才培养的出发点和归宿,从教师、教学资源、学生三个层面探讨高职学前教育人才培养途径,即教师的主导地位是前提,优化教学资源是载体,学生的主体作用是关键,全面实现高职学前教育人才培养目标。
[Abstract]:The ability-based education is to take the ability standard as the starting point and the end result of the talent training, from the teacher, the teaching resources, the student three levels discusses the higher vocational education pre-school education talented person training way, namely the teacher's dominant position is the premise. Optimization of teaching resources is the carrier, the main role of students is the key, to achieve the goal of training talents in pre-school education of higher vocational education in an all-round way.
