成长取向的儿童教育

【摘要】: 儿童成长是指人类个体在儿童期不断生长直至向成熟阶段发展的动态过程,是儿童主体与外部文化(主要指教育)、环境相互作用的结果。儿童是不断成长的、独立存在的个体,具有独特的成长状态和成长特性,他的成长历程存在不同的发展阶段,各阶段具有不同的成长形态。然而,目前成人世界常常无视儿童成长的状态和特性,漠视和否认儿童成长过程中的独特表现,他们以成人中心主义的儿童观教育儿童,使儿童的成长表现为无时间性、无空间性和无我性。儿童教育总是以一定的儿童观为前提的,因此对儿童成长的涵义和特性的研究尤为必然和重要。因此,本文以儿童的成长和儿童的成长观为切入点对成长取向的儿童教育主张进行了探讨。 正文共分三大部分:第一部分探讨了儿童成长的危机。主要对儿童成长的危机进行现实分析和归因分析。儿童成长出现的危机,主要是商品化社会导致的社会竞争以及成人中心主义的传统儿童观所致。第二部分主要阐述了儿童成长的基本问题。本部分史论结合,从梳理国内外学者的儿童成长观入手,对儿童成长的涵义和特性进行界说。第三部分,基于成长取向的儿童教育观念是儿童教育变革的方向提出相应的儿童教育主张。成长取向的儿童教育应当以尊重儿童的自然成长为前提,这是儿童教育的根基所在;成长取向的儿童教育应当重视儿童的成长环境,这是儿童教育的重要载体;成长取向的儿童教育应倡导成人与儿童共同成长,这是儿童教育的关键所在。唯有三者协调一致,儿童教育才能培养山和谐发展的完全之人。
[Abstract]:Child growth refers to the dynamic process from the continuous growth of human individuals in childhood to the stage of maturity, and is the result of the interaction between children's subject and external culture (mainly education) and environment. Children are continuous growth, independent individuals, with unique growth state and growth characteristics, his growth process has different stages of development, each stage has different growth forms. However, at present, the adult world often ignores the state and characteristics of children's growth and ignores and denies the unique manifestations of children's growth. They educate children with an adult-centered view of children, so that children's growth is time-less. There is no space and no self. Children's education is always based on a certain view of children, so the study of the meaning and characteristics of children's growth is particularly inevitable and important. Therefore, this paper discusses the educational proposition of children's growth orientation from the point of view of children's growth and children's growth. The main body is divided into three parts: the first part discusses the crisis of children's growth. This paper mainly carries on the realistic analysis and the Attribution analysis to the crisis of children's growth. The crisis of children's growth is mainly caused by social competition caused by commercialized society and adult-centered traditional view of children. The second part mainly expounds the basic problems of children's growth. This part of the combination of historical theory, from combing the domestic and foreign scholars of the concept of child growth, the meaning and characteristics of child growth theory. In the third part, the concept of children's education based on growth orientation is the direction of children's education reform, and puts forward the corresponding ideas of children's education. The education of children with growth orientation should be based on respect for the natural growth of children, which is the foundation of children's education, and the education of children with growth orientation should attach importance to the environment in which children grow up, which is an important carrier of children's education. The education of children with growth orientation should advocate the common growth of adults and children, which is the key to children's education. Only when the three are coordinated can children's education cultivate complete people with harmonious development in the mountains.
