谈本科学历幼儿教师入职的问题及对策

【摘要】:目前越来越多的本科生加入到幼儿教师队伍中。他们具有自身优势,但也表现出较多不适,如职业认同感低和教学技能弱等。为此,我们应制定将高校培养模式重新定位、搭建发展平台等策略,以促进本科生幼儿教师更快更好地适应工作。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more undergraduates join the preschool teachers. They have their own advantages, but also show more discomfort, such as low professional identity and weak teaching skills. Therefore, we should formulate strategies such as repositioning the university training model and building a development platform in order to promote undergraduate preschool teachers to adapt to their work more quickly and better.
