我国东部经济欠发达地区幼儿教师专业发展的现状及因素分析——山东省临沂市为例

【摘要】:学前教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,在经济欠发达地区,人们对优质学前教育资源的需求与优质学前教育资源短缺的矛盾日趋突出,高素质幼儿教师短缺成为制约学前教育发展的瓶颈之一。本研究运用实地调查、个别访谈等方法,对我国东部经济欠发达地区的山东省临沂市幼儿教育调研发现:幼儿教师教学任务重、专业合格率较低、流动性强的问题突出。究其原因主要是政府投入不足,教师工资偏低,福利待遇较差,造成幼教职业情感认同较低;入职门槛低,学历层次低,且教育交流机会少,幼儿教师专业发展水平低。
[Abstract]:Preschool education is an important part of basic education. In economically underdeveloped areas, the contradiction between the demand for high-quality preschool education resources and the shortage of high-quality preschool education resources is becoming increasingly prominent, and the shortage of high-quality preschool teachers has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of preschool education. By using the methods of field investigation and individual interview, this study investigates the early childhood education in Linyi City, Shandong Province, which is underdeveloped in the eastern part of China. It is found that the teaching task of preschool teachers is heavy, the qualified rate of specialty is low, and the problem of strong mobility is prominent. The main reasons are the lack of government investment, the low salary of teachers, the poor welfare treatment, resulting in low professional emotional identity of preschool education, low entry threshold, low educational level, and less opportunities for educational communication, and the level of professional development of preschool teachers is low.
