高职教师下企业实践的动力机制研究——以厦门某职业学院为例

【摘要】：下企业实践作为培养"双师"素质教师的重要途径和方式,已经得到高职院校的普遍认可,但是,实践操作中还存在许多不尽人意的地方。究其原因,除了政府引导、产业规划及企业顾虑等外在因素,关键是内在动力不足。高职院校要转变观念、为教师下企业实践提供源动力,建立科学合理的管理制度,建立公平合理的激励机制,建立可行合理的约束机制,以构建教师下企业实践的内在动力机制。
[Abstract]:As an important way to cultivate "double teachers" quality teachers, the enterprise practice has been generally recognized by higher vocational colleges. However, there are still many unsatisfactory places in practice. In addition to the external factors such as government guidance, industrial planning and enterprise concern, the key is the lack of internal power. Higher vocational colleges should change their concepts, provide a source of motivation for the practice of enterprises under teachers, and establish a scientific and reasonable management system. It is necessary to establish a fair and reasonable incentive mechanism and a feasible and reasonable restraint mechanism in order to set up the internal motive mechanism of the enterprise practice under the teacher.
