【摘要】："基于工作过程"的课程理念在我国职业教育界产生了很大影响,但有关工作过程知识的实证研究却比较罕见。以德国分布式光伏系统安装工为例分析其工作过程知识。研究发现,光伏技工的主要工作任务是小型分布式屋顶电站的安装与维修,包括安装咨询、安装设计、安装、运行及维修;相关培养课程应包含代表性工作任务、涉及完整的工作过程并关注团队能力的培养。文章涉及的研究方法和结果对我国的职业资格研究有重要启发。
[Abstract]:The curriculum concept based on the work process has had a great influence on the vocational education circle in our country. However, empirical research on the knowledge of the working process is rare. Taking the German distributed photovoltaic system installers as an example, the knowledge of the working process is analyzed. The main task of photovoltaic technicians is the installation and maintenance of small distributed roof power plants, including installation consulting, installation design, installation, operation and maintenance; The relevant training courses should include representative work tasks, complete work processes and focus on the development of team competence. The research methods and results involved in this paper have important implications for the study of professional qualifications in China.
