全人教育视域下贵州高职院校学生素质和能力培养研究

【摘要】：近几年,贵州的高职教育虽然在规模上取得了突破性的进展,但是也存在一定的问题,比如在人才培养方面出现了偏重学生职业性和技能性,忽视学生精神培育和后续发展能力培养的工具化倾向。今年3月,“两会”上提出建设“一流职业高校”,从国家层面对高职院校的人才培养规格提出了新的要求。显然,贵州高职院校所培养的人才难以和“一流职业高校”的人才规格相匹配。全人教育是“以实现人的全面发展,促进个人潜能的充分发挥,培养独立的、完整的、可持续发展的个体为目标”的一种教育范式,涵盖了人的知识、智力、能力、精神等各个方面的内容,可以为贵州高职院校的人才培养工作提供指导。本研究在探讨全人教育基本内涵和特征的基础上,以全人教育理念为理论指导,以国家高职教育人才培养目标为现实依据,对全人教育视域下贵州高职院校学生素质和能力方面存在的问题进行研究。通过问卷调查和文献分析,发现贵州高职院校学生素质中存在道德素质有待提升、人文素质有待加强等问题,在能力上存在关键能力不强等问题。通过对存在的问题进行深入分析,发现其主要原因是强化了政治论忽略了人本论哲学基础、重视“技术主义”轻视“人文主义”、应试化教育体制的制约、理论指导与教育实践相脱节。然后,从树立全人理念、工具理性和价值理性相结合、加强学生核心能力的培养、营造良好校园氛围和完善评价机制五个方面提出了全人教育视域下贵州高职院校学生素质和能力培养的对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational education in Guizhou, although the scale has made breakthrough progress, but there are also some problems, such as training appeared on occupation and sexual skills of students in the talent, ignore the instrumental tendency to cultivate students' spirit cultivation and subsequent development ability. In March this year, "NPC and CPPCC" proposed construction the "first-class university occupation", from the national level in Higher Vocational Colleges talents put forward new requirements. Obviously, the training of Higher Vocational Colleges in Guizhou to "first-class university and personnel occupation" talent specifications match. The whole person education is to achieve the overall development of people, promote the full potential. The cultivation of independent, complete, a paradigm of education for sustainable development of the individual as the goal ", covering people's knowledge, intelligence, ability, spirit and other aspects of the content, for the people of Higher Vocational Colleges in Guizhou Training provide guidance. Based on discussing the basic connotation of the education of the whole person and character, with the concept of holistic education as the theoretical guidance to national talents training goal of higher vocational education as the practical basis, to study the existence of holistic education in Guizhou vocational college students quality and ability problems. Through the analysis of the questionnaire investigation and literature, found that the moral quality to be improved quality of Guizhou vocational college students, humanistic quality and other issues need to be strengthened, the key problems of the ability in the ability. Through an in-depth analysis on the existing problems and found that the main reason is to strengthen the political theory ignores the philosophical basis of the "technology, pay attention to" contempt "humanism", restricting the examination of the education system, education theory and practice. Then, from set up the concept of instrumental reason and value Based on the following five aspects: rational combination, strengthening the cultivation of core competence of students, building a good campus atmosphere and improving evaluation mechanism, this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for training the quality and ability of students in Guizhou Vocational Colleges under the perspective of holistic education.
