【摘要】：职业教育具有经济和教育双重属性，并具有区域性和外部适应性特征，只有将职业教育与区域经济发展紧密联系起来，使其主动服务于区域经济发展，从而构建一个与区域经济相适应、与区域产业发展相衔接的服务型教育体系，才能提高职业教育对区域经济发展需要的人才支撑，实现区域经济可持续发展。特别的，当一个区域处在工业化和城镇化发展过程中时，是需要有相应的各种人才支撑的，而这其中大量技能型人才的培养，需要职业教育来为之服务。本文所选取的吉安市正处于工业化和城镇化快速发展的过程中，理论上讲，吉安市的职业教育要为吉安的经济发展培养相应的各类人才，特别是与其产业发展相适应的技能型人才，但是，目前吉安市的职业教育存在较多与其经济发展不相适应的问题。本文主要从研究吉安市职业教育服务该区域经济发展的现状出发，，采取访谈、问卷、调研、文献查阅和整理自已的工作笔记等方法收集资料，对这些资料进行分析研究，发现吉安的职业教育在服务吉安的经济发展方面存在一些问题并针对这些问题提出相应的策略、措施。具体是为：1、优化职业学校布局2、调整专业布局和建设重点专业3、加强职业学校师资队伍建设，在数量质量上达到要求4、建设校企合作示范校，带动吉安职业教育快速发展5、加强农村职业教育，服务区域经济转型等。
[Abstract]:Vocational education has the dual attributes of economy and education, and has the characteristics of regional and external adaptability. Only by closely linking vocational education with regional economic development, can vocational education actively serve the development of regional economy. Thus, the construction of a service-oriented education system, which is compatible with the regional economy and the development of regional industries, can enhance the talent support needed by vocational education for the development of regional economy. Realize the sustainable development of regional economy. Especially, when a region is in the process of industrialization and urbanization development, it is necessary to have the corresponding support of various talents, and there are a large number of skilled personnel training. Vocational education is needed to serve it. The Ji'an city selected in this paper is in the process of rapid industrialization and urbanization. Theoretically, the vocational education of Ji'an should train the corresponding talents for the economic development of Ji'an. Especially with its industrial development in line with the skills of talent, but. At present, vocational education in Ji'an has many problems which are not suitable for its economic development. This paper mainly from the study of the current situation of vocational education in Ji'an serving the regional economic development, adopt interviews, questionnaires, research. Literature review and collation of their own work notes and other methods to collect information, the analysis of these materials. It is found that there are some problems in serving the economic development of Ji'an in the vocational education of Ji'an, and the corresponding strategies and measures are put forward in view of these problems. The specific measures are: 1, optimize the layout of vocational schools. 2. Adjust the layout of major and build 3 key specialties, strengthen the construction of teachers in vocational schools, meet the requirements in quantity and quality, build a model school of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and promote the rapid development of vocational education in Ji'an. 5. Strengthen rural vocational education, service regional economic transformation and so on.
