职业教育“做中学”教材结构研究

【摘要】:职业教育教材作为教学活动中的重要客体,在教育教学活动中,承担着思想品德培养、人类经验传承、心理结构构建、兴趣动机发展等多重任务,设计难度较大。 近年来,伴随着做中学教材研究的不断深入,涌现了大量做中学教材,在这空前繁荣的背后,做中学教材存在诸多问题。做中学教材的的建设需要规范化,教材结构需要进行分类梳理。鉴于其研究价值和现实的需要,,本研究的方向主要集中在做中学教材结构定位。 职业教育教材,作为教与学的客体,其结构是由学习观和教学观所决定的。认知心理学的研究表明:良好的认知结构的形成与教材结构的优劣有着密切关系。因此,职业活动课程教材结构设计对于职业院校学生职业能力和职业特质的形成是十分必要的。职业活动课程教材结构设计应遵循职业活动原则,动机发展原则和能力本位原则,分别设计过程导向、情景导向和效果导向的教材。 过程导向的教材设计依据职业活动导向原则,设计成完成工作的一般过程。教材结构应包括过程描述、过程分析、达成标准;依据能力本位原则,教材结构应包括相关知识、技能训练、态度养成和能力整合。 情景导向教材结构依据动机发展原则,设计成目标先行;依据职业活动导向原则,设计成情景描述、情景分析、礼仪规范选择;依据能力本位原则,设计成相关知识、技能训练、态度养成和能力整合。 效果导向结构教材结构一般包括效果描述、效果分析、效果达成、效果超越。
[Abstract]:As an important object in teaching activities, vocational education textbooks undertake many tasks such as ideological and moral cultivation, human experience inheritance, psychological structure construction, interest motivation development and other tasks in education and teaching activities, which is difficult to design.
In recent years, with the deepening of research in middle school textbooks, the emergence of a large number of middle school textbooks, behind the unprecedented prosperity, do middle school textbook has many problems. Do the construction of the teaching material of middle school needs to be standardized, textbook structure need sorting out. Due to its research value and reality, the direction of the research. Mainly in the positioning of middle school teaching material structure.
Occupation education materials, as the object of teaching and learning, which is from the viewpoint of learning and teaching decision. The cognitive psychology research shows that: the formation and structure of the textbook good cognitive structure of the quality has a close relationship. Therefore, occupation activities curriculum structure design is very necessary for the formation of students' occupation ability of occupation colleges and universities and the occupation characteristics. Should follow the principle of occupation occupation activities activity curriculum teaching material structure design, development principles and motivation ability standard principle, design process oriented, situational and effect oriented textbook.
Process Oriented Textbook Design Based on the occupation activity oriented principle, the general process is designed to complete the work. The teaching material structure should include process description, process analysis, reach the standard; according to standard principle, structure of teaching materials should be included in the relevant knowledge, skills, attitude and ability to develop integration.
Scenario based teaching material structure is designed according to the principle of motivation development. It is designed as a goal in advance. According to the principle of professional activity orientation, it is designed to situational description, situational analysis and etiquette standard selection. According to the competency based principle, it is designed to integrate knowledge, skills training, attitude development and ability integration.
The structure of the teaching material of the effect oriented structure generally includes the effect description, the effect analysis, the effect reaching and the effect surpassing.
