药学类高职院校招生就业调研分析

【摘要】:招生就业工作作为高等职业院校生存与发展的基础性工作,也是学院整体工作中的重要组成部分,多年来始终受到职业教育者的高度重视。伴随高考生源数量的持续下降,各类招生计划的不断增加,职业院校“生源大战”将愈演愈烈,面对严峻招生形势,职业教育遭遇到前所未有的生源困难期。与此同时,高考生源数量的减少,又间接导致新生入学质量的降低,生源质量的下降势必产生一系列的负面影响,最终导致就业不顺畅,恶性循环,严重制约职业教育的发展。这一现状对各职业院校人才的培养也提出了更高要求,需尽快完善不同层次学生的人才培养方案。 随着我国经济的飞速发展,招生工作形势日趋复杂,职业院校毕业生对就业质量要求也越来越高,因此,对于药学类高职院校招生就业调研工作的研究愈发重要。本篇论文以2010-2012年山东药品食品职业学院生源和毕业生就业相关数据为基础,对各类数据进行统计并绘图进行分析。招生方面,对生源数量、新生报到率、生源构成、专业设置、学生调研五方面进行了细致的调研分析;就业方面,对毕业生就业去向、就业率、专业对口率、就业质量、招聘会供需比、就业薪酬等七方面进行了全面调研分析,总结影响招生就业工作发展的众多因素,制定招生就业工作发展规划。同时,对1650名在校生发放问卷调查,考察学生最关心的问题,所得数据真实准确。将论文成果运用至2013年招生工作实践中,以验证调研分析结果是否准确,制定的招生工作发展规划是否合理可行。 一.招生工作调研 学院紧紧依托行业办学特色,不断完善人才质量培养方案,开发优质企业,拓宽就业网络,保障毕业生高质量就业,努力提升整体服务意识,学院品牌形象得到了考生和社会的高度认可。 在2010-2012年期间,新生报到率从85.4%提高到90.9%;深度挖掘省外生源,外省生源比重从17%已提升至20%;优先保障一类地市生源,稳中提高二类地市生源数量,深度挖掘三类地市招生潜力;学院将对招生数量较少专业加大正面宣传力度,提高其内涵建设,不断修改完善人才培养方案,以吸引更多考生关注报考以上专业;通过对1650名在校生问卷调查,统计出“就业前景”为考生最为关心的问题;网络正面宣传对高校招生宣传作用越发明显。 二.就业工作调研 大学生就业是一项国计民生工作。高校毕业生就业率与就业质量的高低,直接反映学校人才培养质量是否获得社会认可,直接影响到学校的办学声誉,影响到生源质量。 在2010-2012年期间,80%以上毕业生就业于大中型企业;毕业生就业区域主要集中在威海、烟台、青岛、淄博、济南等沿海及省内外经济发达地区,约占毕业生总数的75%以上;各专业就业率大都保持在95%以上,与此同时,各专业就业对口率大都保持在80%以上;2010届校园招聘会平均供需比为1:4.3,2011届校园招聘平均供需比为1:5.3,2012届校园招聘会平均供需比达1:5.5,呈逐年上升趋势;省内毕业生平均正式薪酬从1275元/月上升至2225元/月,而省外毕业生平均正式薪酬从1717元/月上升至2967元/月;用人单位对毕业生职业素质综合评价满意率逐年提高,依次为95.5%、96.4%、97.8%,;与此同时,毕业生对学院的总体评价满意度也逐年提高。 三.招生就业工作发展规划 根据招生就业调研分析数据,合理制定2013-2015年工作目标,完善健全各种招生就业规章制度。在保证生源质量条件下努力提高生源数量,深化订单培养工作,进一步提升毕业生就业质量,努力完善人才培养方案。 截至目前,学院2013级普通高职新生实际报到2249人,新生数量较2012年增加32%;文科录取最低分为274分,理科录取最低分为282分,入学新生平均分为356分,新生生源质量较上年大幅提升;省内外新生整体报到率达88.7%,超额完成该调研分析报告中所制定的2013年招生工作目标。 综上所述,本论文以山东药品食品职业学院为例,主要对招生就业工作进行了细致的调研分析,形成了科学的工作发展规划,有利于查找招生就业工作中存在的不足,探索新形势下的招生新方法,拓展大学生就业渠道,提高就业待遇。本论文同时可以为其他药品食品类高职院校招生就业工作提供理论根据,为职业教育发展提供数据参考,均具有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Enrollment employment is an important part of the survival and development of higher vocational colleges . It is also an important part of the overall work of the college . With the continuous decline of the number of students of college entrance examination and the increasing number of students enrolled , vocational education has experienced a series of negative effects . At the same time , the decline of the quality of raw materials will inevitably lead to a series of negative effects , which will eventually lead to uneven employment , vicious circle and severe restriction on the development of vocational education . This situation also puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents in vocational colleges . It is necessary to improve the training scheme of students with different levels as soon as possible . With the rapid development of China ' s economy , the employment situation is becoming more and more complicated , and the demand for employment quality is more and more important for graduates of vocational colleges . I . Investigation on Admissions Work The college closely relies on the characteristics of the industry , continuously improve the talent quality training scheme , develop high - quality enterprises , expand the employment network , guarantee the high - quality employment of the graduates , work hard to improve the overall service awareness , and the college brand image is highly accepted by the examinees and the society . During the period of 2010 - 2012 , the new enrollment rate increased from 85.4 % to 90.9 % ; the specific gravity of the source and the external source of the province increased from 17 % to 20 % ; II . Research on employment work The employment of college students is a national livelihood . The employment rate of college graduates and the quality of employment directly reflect the social acceptance of the quality of the personnel training of the school , which directly affects the school ' s reputation and affects the quality of the students . During the period of 2010 - 2012 , more than 80 % of the graduates are employed in large and medium - sized enterprises ; the employment areas of graduates are mainly concentrated in the coastal areas such as Weihai , Yantai , Qingdao , zibo , Jinan , etc . , accounting for over 75 % of the total number of graduates ; the average supply - demand ratio of the graduates in the university is more than 95 % ; meanwhile , the average formal remuneration of the graduates in the province increases from RMB 1,17Yuan / month to CNY 2,67 Yuan / month ; III . Recruitment and employment development planning According to the research and analysis data of recruiting employment , rationally formulate the work objective of 2013 - 2015 and improve the rules and regulations of various recruitment and employment . In order to improve the quantity of raw materials under the condition of guaranteeing the quality of raw materials , deepen the work of order cultivation , further improve the quality of graduates ' employment , and strive to perfect the training scheme . As of the present time , the freshmen in the 2013 general higher vocational colleges actually reported to 2249 , the number of freshmen increased by 32 % compared with 2012 ; the lowest score of enrollment was 274 points , the average score was 282 points , the average enrollment freshmen were divided into 356 points , the quality of the new born source was greatly improved ; the overall reporting rate of the freshmen in the province and outside was 88.7 % , and the target of recruitment work in 2013 was overfulfilled . In conclusion , the thesis takes Shantung Institute of Pharmaceutical and Food Vocational College as an example , mainly analyzes the employment of recruiting students , forms the scientific work development plan , helps to find out the shortage in the employment of recruiting students , explores new ways of recruiting students in new situation , expands the employment channel of college students , and improves the treatment of employment . This paper can provide theoretical basis for the employment of recruiting students in higher vocational colleges and colleges , and provide valuable reference for the development of vocational education .
