【摘要】:教师和学生是德育的主体。当前我国职业院校的德育专门化表现为知性德育和德育管理专门化。知性德育把教师异化为知识的搬运工、把学生异化为概念的匣子,德育管理的专门化把教师当作管制工具、把学生当作嫌疑对象,使得现代德育在实际上失去了教师和学生这一对道德教育的主体。实现德育主体的回归,必须做到理念回归、还教于师、还学于生,发挥教育的超越性,才能实现教育的最终目的。
[Abstract]:Teachers and students are the main body of moral education. At present, the specialization of moral education in vocational colleges in our country is manifested in the specialization of intellectual moral education and moral management. Intellectual moral education dissimilates teachers into porters of knowledge. To dissimilate students as the box of concepts, the specialization of moral education management regards teachers as control tools and students as suspect objects. In fact, modern moral education has lost teachers and students as the main body of moral education. In order to realize the return of moral education subject, we must return to the idea, teach in teachers, learn in life, and give play to the transcendence of education. In order to achieve the ultimate goal of education.
