眉山中等职业学校师资队伍现状及对策研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济的发展,对于高素质劳动者的需求越来越多。中等职业学校肩负着为社会主义现代化建设培训大量的专门人才和高素质劳动者的重要任务。中等职业教育的发展,教师是关键,是根本；全面提高职业教育的教育教学质量,关键在于建设一支适应社会需要的高素质的教师队伍。近年来,对于中等职业学校教师队伍建设的研究已有很多,也取得了一定的成果。但是具体到眉山市中等职业学校教师队伍建设现状的研究却未曾涉及。笔者就此问题对走访眉山市教育局,对6所中等职业学校校进行了针对性较强的调查,发现目前眉山市中等职业学校教师队伍建设的现状还不能适应中职教育面向21世纪改革和发展的需要,这必将制约眉山职业教育的发展和改革。同时笔者针对调查中发现的问题进行了思考,并提出了相应的对策,以供眉山市中职教育相关人员及研究者有所参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy. Secondary vocational schools are shouldering the important task of training a large number of specialized talents and high-quality workers for the socialist modernization drive and the development of secondary vocational education. The teacher is the key, is the fundamental; In order to improve the quality of education and teaching in vocational education, the key lies in building a high-quality teaching team to meet the needs of the society. In recent years, there have been a lot of researches on the construction of teachers' ranks in secondary vocational schools. But to Meishan secondary vocational school teachers of the status quo has not been involved. The author of this issue to visit Meishan City Bureau of Education. Through the investigation of 6 secondary vocational schools, it is found that the current situation of teachers' construction in Meishan secondary vocational schools can not meet the needs of the reform and development of secondary vocational education in 21th century. This will restrict the development and reform of vocational education in Meishan. At the same time, the author thinks about the problems found in the investigation, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide reference for the relevant personnel and researchers of secondary vocational education in Meishan City.
