【摘要】:以人为本时代的到来,为思想政治教育在新时期的发展提供了契机。思想政治教育必须以人为本,才能真正地收到实效。高职教育,作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,,随着自身的发展和“以人为本”理念的引入,在思想政治教育实践中已经取得了一定的成效,但要真正贯彻以人为本,以学生为本,以学生的发展和成才为本,还有待深入的研究和全面的探索。高职教育有很多不同于普通高等教育的特点,在高职院校思想政治教育中应用“以人为本”理念,是对传统思想政治教育模式的改进和创新。 本文试图通过与一般本科院校对比,在研究高职思想政治教育特殊性的基础上,针对当前高职思想政治教育存在的主要问题,探索“以人为本”理念在高职院校思想政治教育中的应用方法与实现途径。主要从以下三个部分进行论述: 第一部分:高职院校贯彻“以人为本”理念的必要性。该部分从历史的角度探索“以人为本”思想的科学内涵,结合当代有关的政治性文件和高职院校思想政治教育的特殊性,研究将其应用于高职院校思想政治教育的相关理论基础、现实依据和重要意义。 第二部分:当前高职院校思想政治教育现状分析。这部分通过概括高职教育的发展过程和高职教育的主要特点,总结了“以人为本”在高职院校思想政治教育中所取得的主要成就,同时从教育理念、教育目标、教育内容和实现途径等方面分析了当前高职院校思想政治教育中存在的主要问题,并进一步探寻造成这些问题的原因。 第三部分:“以人为本”理念在高职院校思想政治教育中的应用。这一部分针对目前高职思想政治教育存在的主要问题以及高职院校不同于普通高等院校思想政治教育的特殊性,从四个方面阐述了“以人为本”理念应用的目标、内容、方法和途径。 “以人为本”理念在高职院校思想政治教育中的应用研究顺应了科学发展观影响下教育改革的方向,本文以上的探讨和阐述对于“以人为本”理念在高职院校的普遍认同和良好遵循有一定的现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the people-oriented era provides an opportunity for the development of ideological and political education in the new era. Ideological and political education must be people-oriented in order to truly receive actual results. As an important part of higher education in China, with the development of itself and the introduction of the concept of "people-oriented", in the practice of ideological and political education has achieved certain results, but we must truly implement people-oriented. Student-oriented, student-oriented and the development of students, but also needs in-depth research and comprehensive exploration. Higher vocational education has many different characteristics from ordinary higher education. The application of "people-oriented" concept in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is an improvement and innovation of the traditional mode of ideological and political education. Based on the study of the particularity of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and universities, this paper attempts to aim at the main problems existing in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. This paper explores the application and realization of the "people-oriented" concept in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. The first part: the necessity of carrying out the idea of "people-oriented" in higher vocational colleges. This part explores the scientific connotation of the idea of "people-oriented" from the perspective of history. Based on the relevant political documents and the particularity of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, this paper studies the theoretical basis, practical basis and important significance of applying it to ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. The second part: the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. This part summarizes the development process of higher vocational education and the main characteristics of higher vocational education. This paper summarizes the main achievements of "people-oriented" in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, and at the same time, from the educational concept, educational objectives. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of educational contents and ways of realization, and further explores the causes of these problems. Part III: "People-oriented" This part aims at the main problems existing in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and the particularity of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and universities. This paper expounds the aim, content, methods and approaches of the application of the idea of "people-oriented" from four aspects. The research on the application of "people-oriented" concept in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges conforms to the direction of educational reform under the influence of scientific concept of development. The above discussion and exposition in this paper has certain practical guiding significance for the general recognition and good follow of the "people-oriented" concept in higher vocational colleges.
