【摘要】:数控技术是先进制造业的重要基础。在先进制造业迅速发展的背景下,为适应社会的用人需求,数控专业教学不断改革。2007年浙江省中职数控专业新课程改革启动。2009年下半年,浙江省“核心课程+教学项目”课程新模式在全省正式展开。与此同时,综合学分制正在温州市各中职学校如火如荼地开展。职业教育“以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨”。因此,在这些改革之中,如何实现技能实训课的有效教学就成了首当其冲的课题。 为实现数控专业技能实训课的有效教学,本论文结合浙江省新课程改革和温州市综合学分制,提出了校级技能鉴定与达标。本课题主要从两个方面展开研究,分别是:基于教学项目的校级技能标准的研究和基于综合学分制的校级技能达标与鉴定的实践研究。 1.在基于教学项目的校级技能标准研究方面,本论文首先分析了劳动部门技能标准。针对劳动部门技能标准存在的问题,本文提出来校级技能标准应该遵循的方向。同时,,本论文还分析了浙江省数控专业新课程改革的新课标。结合劳动部门的技能标准和省新课标,本论文对车工、钳工、数车和数铣四个核心技能课程的校级技能量化标准进行了研究。 2.在基于综合学分制的校级技能达标与鉴定的实践研究方面,本论文首先解读了温州市综合学分制中的技能学分政策。根据综合学分制,结合省数控专业新课标中四种技能课程的课时分配情况,本论文将综合学分制中的200技能学分分别分配到各技能工种的各教学项目、教学任务。通过技能学分分配,结合校级技能量化标准,从而实现了技能教学落实到每一堂课、每一个教学项目、每一个教学任务,实现了技能的有效教学。 3.在对技能量化达标研究的基础上,本研究还将相关的研究成果在实际教学中进行了试验。通过教学试验实践,相关的成果在实际教学中取得了良好的效果。 总之,本课题的研究与实践构建了数控专业技能教学评价指标,优化了学生综合评价机制,提高了技能教学的有效性,推进了数控专业课改的实效性,为综合学分制下的中职数控专业技能教学提供了可操作性的评价方案,具有很强的指导意义和现实价值。
[Abstract]:Numerical control technology is an important foundation of advanced manufacturing industry. In the context of rapid development of advanced manufacturing industry, to meet the needs of society. In 2007, the new curriculum reform of numerical control major in secondary vocational school of Zhejiang Province started. The second half of 2009. Zhejiang Province "Core Curriculum Teaching Project" curriculum model is officially launched in the province. At the same time, the comprehensive credit system is in full swing in various secondary vocational schools in Wenzhou. Vocational education is employment-oriented. Therefore, in these reforms, how to realize the effective teaching of practical skill training has become the most important task. In order to realize the effective teaching of the practical training course of numerical control specialty, this paper combines the new curriculum reform of Zhejiang Province and the comprehensive credit system of Wenzhou City, and puts forward the appraisal and standard of the school level skills. This subject mainly carries out the research from two aspects. They are: the research of school level skill standard based on teaching project and the practice research of school level skill standard and appraisal based on comprehensive credit system. 1. In the aspect of schoollevel skill standard research based on teaching project, this paper first analyzes the skill standard of labor department, aiming at the problems existing in the skill standard of labor department. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the new curriculum standard of the new curriculum reform of numerical control major in Zhejiang Province. Combined with the skill standard of labor department and the new curriculum standard of province, this paper makes an analysis on the lathe workers. The school level skill quantification standards of the four core skill courses of fitter, car-counting and digital milling were studied. 2. In the aspect of the practical research of the school level skill standard and appraisal based on the comprehensive credit system, this paper first interprets the skill credit policy in the comprehensive credit system of Wenzhou city, according to the comprehensive credit system. Combined with the distribution of the four kinds of skill courses in the new curriculum standard of provincial numerical control specialty, this paper distributes 200 skills credits in the comprehensive credit system to the teaching items of each skill type. The teaching task. Through the skill credit allocation and the school level skill quantification standard, the skill teaching has realized each class, each teaching item, each teaching task, has realized the skill effective teaching. 3. On the basis of the research on the quantitative standard of skills, this study also carries on the experiment in the actual teaching, through the teaching experiment practice. The related results have achieved good results in practical teaching. In a word, the research and practice of this subject constructs the evaluation index of NC specialty skill teaching, optimizes the comprehensive evaluation mechanism of students, improves the effectiveness of skill teaching, and promotes the effectiveness of NC specialty curriculum reform. It provides an operable evaluation scheme for NC professional skill teaching in secondary vocational school under the comprehensive credit system, which has strong guiding significance and practical value.
