农业现代化进程中高职院校农科专业发展问题研究

【摘要】：当前，我国正在进入全面快速发展农业现代化的历史时期，对农业技术人才的需求与日俱增，而高职院校农科专业则承担着培养高级农业技术应用型人才的重任。如何克服农科专业发展中存在的问题，适应农业现代化发展对农业专业人才的需求，将是我国高职院校农科专业亟待解决的重要课题。本论文以我国农业现代化的发展进程，辅之以我国高职教育专业发展概况作为研究背景，从重点政策、专业布局、专业结构、专业规模、专业外延以及专业与产业的协调度六个维度，并结合阳光高考平台和国家统计年鉴所提供的数据，做了以下研究：首先，对高职院校农科专业的发展现状进行了系统地梳理和理性地分析，指出当前高职院校农科专业发展中存在的问题，主要有：相关政策不够完善，地区招生人数不均衡，专业点数与招生数不足，专业点均招生不合理等。然后，多角度分层次地深入剖析了当前我国高职院校农科专业在农业现代化发展中出现诸多问题的根源：根本原因为农业现代化是当前现代化发展的一块短板；主观原因是农科专业自身的原因，包括先天的弱势即在专业选择中不占优势，和后天发展的不足即在专业设置中人云亦云；客观原因为部分省区院校农科专业的发展缺陷，有专业与农业发展水平的不协调，以及农科专业教师教研水平不高等。在上述研究的基础上，从政府和学校两个层面提出了农业现代化进程中优化发展高职院校农科专业的对策建议。最后，总结了本论文的主要研究结论、研究贡献，，并提出了后续研究空间。
[Abstract]:At present , our country is entering the historical period of comprehensive and rapid development of agricultural modernization , and the demand for agricultural technology talents is increasing day by day . Based on the development of agricultural modernization in China , this paper is based on the general situation of vocational education in our country as the background , from key policy , professional layout , professional structure , professional scale , professional extension , professional and industry coordination degree six dimensions , and combined with the data provided by Sun Gaokao Platform and National Statistical Yearbook , the following research is done : Firstly , the present situation of agricultural science specialty in higher vocational colleges is analyzed systematically and rationally . It is pointed out that there are some problems in the development of agricultural science specialty in higher vocational colleges . Then , the root cause of many problems in the agricultural modernization development of higher vocational colleges in China is analyzed at different angles . The main reason is that agricultural modernization is a short board of current modernization development . On the basis of the above research , the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization and development of agricultural specialty in higher vocational colleges are put forward from the two aspects of government and school . Finally , the main research conclusion , research contribution and follow - up research space are summarized .
