【摘要】：近年来,随着高校扩招政策的实施,我国毕业生已呈明显增长趋势,加上往届未就业的毕业生,所以就业压力也越来越重。特别是在经济危机影响尚未消除、社会就业矛盾突出的情况下,高校毕业生就业形势就越显严峻了。我们看到,在就业竞争中高职高专学生难与研究生、本科生抗衡；在技能方面,高职高专学生则受到“能工巧匠”类外来务工者及中职生的双重冲击。所以,高职高专学生就业率怎样保持上升趋势,已成为高职高专院校乃至社会和政府在就业指导方面的一个重要问题。从近年来沧州地区四所高职高专院校学生就业率统计来看,由于学校就业指导工作和政府政策及支持力度方面不断的改进,使得毕业生就业率有了明显的提高。但是,纵观近几年沧州地区高职高专教育的发展,尤其是在学生就业方面,仍存在很多亟待解决的问题。如学校方面,在就业指导重视程度、职业素质教育程度、就业指导课程设置和就业指导情况的反馈等方面仍存在一定的缺陷。再如政府政策支持方面,在就业政策的宏观指导、当地产业升级与就业政策的联系、就业政策对“人才市场化”推动力度、对用人单位需求的了解以及政府就业政策执行等方面也存在一定的不足之处。笔者从提高沧州地区高职高专学生就业率这个主题出发,从学校和政府政策两个方面入手,结合实际情况进行可行性改进试探,努力找到弥补缺陷和不足的办法,探索各种解决思路对提高高职高专学生就业指导工作水平的影响,尝试得出适合当地的就业政策改革意见和提高沧州地区高职高专学生就业率的解决方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the implementation of the policy of expanding enrollment in colleges and universities, the graduates of our country have shown an obvious growth trend, plus the former graduates who have not been employed, so the pressure of employment is becoming more and more heavy, especially in the economic crisis has not been eliminated. When the contradiction of social employment is prominent, the employment situation of college graduates becomes more and more severe. We can see that in the competition of employment, it is difficult for higher vocational and technical students to compete with graduate students and undergraduates; In terms of skills, students in higher vocational colleges are subject to the double impact of "skilled craftsmen" type migrant workers and secondary vocational students. Therefore, how to maintain the upward trend of the employment rate of students in higher vocational and technical colleges. It has become an important issue in employment guidance for higher vocational colleges and even the society and government. From the statistics of student employment rate in four higher vocational colleges in Cangzhou in recent years, because of the continuous improvement of school employment guidance work and government policy and support. The employment rate of graduates has been significantly improved. However, in recent years, the development of higher vocational education in Cangzhou, especially in the employment of students, there are still many problems to be solved, such as schools. There are still some defects in employment guidance, such as the degree of attention to employment guidance, the degree of professional quality education, the curriculum setting of employment guidance and the feedback of employment guidance, such as government policy support. In the macro guidance of employment policy, the relationship between local industrial upgrading and employment policy, employment policy to promote the "marketization of talent". There are also some deficiencies in the understanding of employer demand and the implementation of government employment policy. The author from the Cangzhou area higher vocational college student employment rate this theme, from the school and government policy two aspects, combined with the actual situation to explore the feasibility of improvement. Try to find ways to make up for the shortcomings and deficiencies, explore the impact of various solutions to improve the level of vocational college students' employment guidance. This paper tries to find out the solution to the reform of local employment policy and to improve the employment rate of vocational college students in Cangzhou area.
