高职院校主体间性思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:高新科技迅猛发展和世界经济一体化,决定了经济社会发展不再过度依赖资本和土地,而更多地依赖于人的知识和技能,依赖于新技术的掌握和劳动者素质的提高。加入世贸组织后,我国的经济结构正在进行新一轮的调整,高职院校需要培养大量高级技术应用型人才,无疑,这些人才是一个人口大国向人力资源大国转变的根本,同时也是从制造业大国向服务业大国迈进的根本。 在为我国培育高素质高技术性人才的思想政治教育方面,高职院校主体间性思想政治教育研究的理论建设做出了很大的贡献。主体间性作为当代哲学的一个重要范畴,引起了学术界的广泛关注,将主体间性理论运用于思想政治教育领域,并从发展路径和现代建构等两个主要方面来实现高职院校主体间性思想政治教育,是解决高职院校思想政治教育中面临的众多疑难问题的客观要求,也是促进高职院校思想政治教育现代化、科学化的必然选择。主体间性研究既能解决当前高职院校主体性思想政治教育的不足,也是高职院校思想政治教育走向切实发展的有效途径。因此,,实行主体间性思想政治教育有助于高职院校思想政治教育与时俱进,这符合马克思主义的发展观,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。 笔者从主体间性思想政治教育视角出发,深入分析了高职院校思想政治教育的现状,从高职院校思想政治教育取得的成绩和教育者与受教者的特点两个方面进行分析,并为此提出了今后发展的路径和建构模式,为深入研究主体间性思想政治教育提供了科学的理论参考和实践指导。文章的结构如下: 第一章主要是对国内外的研究进行梳理、归纳和总结,得出本研究的切入点。同时对主体性思想政治教育与主体间性思想政治教育的内涵予以界定、区分,为高职院校思想政治教育从主体性教育向主体间性教育转变做好理论铺垫。 第二章对当前高职院校思想政治教育的现状进行阐述,内容包括取得的成绩与面临的困境。成绩方面从工作面貌、教育者队伍和受教育者状况三个方面进行分析;困境方面从受教育者和教育者两个主体来分析。从而为提出高职院校思想政治教育的途径提供了实践基础。 第三章论述了高职院校主体间性思想政治教育发展趋势与必然性,从教育观念、教育内容、教育方向和教育方式等五个方面,提出了今后高职院校主体间性思想政治教育切实可行的路径。 第四章论述了高职院校主体间性思想政治教育现代建构,从理论建构、建构的目标、建构的原则、建构的条件资源和建构的方法等角度分别的论述,为高职院校思想政治教育构建了一个新的发展模式。 第五章得出结论。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of high technology and the integration of the world economy, determines the economic and social development is no longer over reliance on capital and land, and rely more on the knowledge and skills of people rely on new technology to master and improve the quality of laborers. After joining the WTO, China's economic structure is undergoing a new round of adjustment, it is necessary for higher vocational colleges training a large number of senior technical talents, undoubtedly, the talent is a fundamental shift in populous to human resources, but also from the manufacturing country towards service industry fundamental power.
In the cultivation of talents with high quality technology for China's ideological and political education, and made great contribution to the theory of the construction of the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges. The main inter subjectivity as an important category of contemporary philosophy, has aroused widespread concern in academic circles, the inter subjectivity theory in the ideological and political education the field, and from the path of development and modern construction of two aspects of higher vocational colleges to realize inter subjectivity of Ideological and political education is the objective requirement to solve many difficult problems facing the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, is also promoting the ideological and political education in Higher Vocational Colleges modernization, inevitable choice of the scientific research of inter subjectivity can. To solve the problems of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is the subjectivity of the ideological and political education in Higher Vocational Colleges to develop effective ways. Therefore, the implementation of inter subjectivity Sexual ideological and political education helps the ideological and political education in Higher Vocational Colleges to keep pace with the times, which is consistent with Marx's development view and has important theoretical and practical value.
The author from the inter subjectivity of Ideological and political education perspective, in-depth analysis of the current situation of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, two aspects from the characteristics of Higher Vocational Colleges Ideological and political education achievements and educators and the educated are analyzed, and suggestions on the development path and mode of construction, provides a scientific theoretical reference and practical guidance for further research on the inter subjectivity of Ideological and political education. The structure of the article as follows:
The first chapter is mainly on the research at home and abroad was reviewed and summarized, the starting point of this research. At the same time, the connotation of subjectivity in Ideological and political education and the inter subjectivity of Ideological and political education to define, distinguish, it lays a theoretical foundation for the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges education from subjectivity to intersubjectivity.
The second chapter on the current situation of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is expounded, including the achievements and difficulties. Results from the working face, the three aspects of educators and the educated status were analyzed; the plight from educatees and two subjects to provide a practical basis to analysis. For the way of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
The third chapter discusses the development trend and inevitability of intersubjectivity ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. From the five aspects of educational concept, educational content, educational orientation and educational mode, it puts forward feasible paths for future inter subjectivity ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
The fourth chapter discusses the higher vocational colleges inter subjectivity of Ideological and political education of modern construction, from the theoretical construction, the construction target, construction principle, construction conditions and resources perspective construction method are discussed, constructs a new mode for development of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
The fifth chapter draws a conclusion.
