【摘要】：发达国家先进的企业培训是提升企业竞争力、促进经济快速发展的利器，其成功的经验，对我国高职教育改革和发展，有着积极的借鉴意义。论文主体由绪论、正文和结论组成。绪论简要介绍了选题背景、概念的界定、研究的目的和意义、研究现状、论文的思路和框架等内容。正文主要包括以下三部分内容：第一部分概述了美国、德国和日本三国企业培训发展的历史演进，主要分为企业培训的萌芽时期（二战前）、成型时期（战后至70年代）和繁荣时期（20世纪80年代至今）三个阶段。为了解发达国家的企业培训进程提供了较为清晰的脉络。第二部分在对企业培训历史梳理的基础之上，概括了美、德、日三个发达国家企业培训的主要特征，表现为六个方面：明确的培训目标、多层次的培训对象、实用的培训内容、多样的培训方法、独特的培训文化、充足的培训资金。有助于从不同角度认识发达国家的企业培训。第三部分从新挑战、新机遇、新问题三个角度分析了我国高职教育改革与发展的现状，，通过反思与借鉴美、德、日三个发达国家企业培训的成功经验，从教育目标、教育对象、课程内容、教育方法、文化建设和多渠道投入机制等六个方面提出了对我国高职教育的启示。结论部分概括并重申了笔者的观点。
[Abstract]:Advanced enterprise training in developed countries is a good tool to enhance competitiveness and promote the rapid development of economy. Its successful experience has a positive reference for the reform and development of Higher Vocational Education in China.
The main body of the thesis is composed of the introduction, the body and the conclusion. The introduction briefly introduces the background of the topic selection, the definition of the concept, the purpose and significance of the research, the current research situation, the train of thought and the framework of the paper. The main body includes three parts.
The first part summarizes the historical evolution of the United States, Germany and Japan the development of enterprise training, germination period is mainly divided into the enterprise training (before World War II, the forming period (after the war) to 70s) and the prosperity period (since 1980s) three stages. To provide a more clear understanding for the developed countries of the enterprise training process.
The second part on the basis of enterprise training history, summarizes the main features of beauty, virtue, three developed countries of the enterprise training, is embodied in six aspects: clear the training target, multi-level training object, practical training, various training methods, unique culture training, adequate training the funds will contribute to understanding the enterprises in developed countries training from different angles.
The third part from the new challenges, new opportunities, new problems in three aspects analyzes the current situation of higher vocational education reform and development in China, through reflection and reference of the United States, Germany, the three developed countries the successful experience of enterprise training, from the educational goal, educational object, curriculum content, teaching methods, put forward to our country higher vocational education from six aspects of cultural construction and multi-channel input mechanism.
The conclusion is partly summed up and reiterated the author's point of view.
