【摘要】：改革开放以来,职业教育作为推进人的城镇化发展的中坚力量,为促进我国工业化进程做出了巨大的贡献。当前,人的城镇化发展正处于一个关键阶段,我国职业教育发展也面临着体系尚未完善、"唯技能、唯就业"倾向明显、主动服务社区和社会的意愿还不强烈、促进人的城镇化的经验和实践缺乏等一系列新的挑战。因此,应强化政府主导地位,加快建设现代职业教育体系,完善职业教育服务人的城镇化发展的顶层设计;构建政策激励机制,加大社会宣传力度,强化职业教育服务人的城镇化发展的社会意识与历史使命;树立职业教育培养新市民的办学理念,创新人才培养模式,增强职业教育服务人的城镇化发展的针对性与实效性。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, vocational education, as the backbone of promoting the development of urbanization, has made great contributions to the process of industrialization in China. At present, the development of human urbanization is in a critical stage. The development of vocational education in our country is not perfect, the tendency of "only skills, only employment" is obvious, and the willingness to actively serve the community and society is not strong. There are a series of new challenges such as the lack of experience and practice in promoting the urbanization of people. Therefore, we should strengthen the leading position of the government and speed up the construction of the modern vocational education system. Perfecting the top-level design of vocational education to serve the development of urbanization; Construct the policy incentive mechanism, increase the social propaganda, strengthen the social consciousness and historical mission that vocational education serves the development of urbanization; Setting up the idea of running a school for new citizens in vocational education, innovating the mode of talent training, strengthening the pertinence and effectiveness of vocational education serving the development of urbanization.
