【摘要】：随着现代社会不断发展,社会上各个方面对人才有着越来越高的要求,不但要求其具备较高水平的知识技能,同时要求其具备较高水平的职业素养,因此在当前中职教育中对学生的职业素养进行培养有着十分重要的作用及意义。2016年3月5日,李克强总理在政府报告中提到要“鼓励企业开展个性化定制、柔性化生产,培育精益求精的工匠精神,增品种、提品质、创品牌。”“工匠精神”首次出现在政府工作报告中,让这个离我们渐行渐远的词再一次出现在了公众的视野。培育当代工匠精神,是社会发展的呼唤,更是国家强盛的需要。职业院校是培养、训练有开拓创新意识、良好职业操守和专门技术技艺的社会主义事业建设者和接班人的主阵地,培育和塑造具有精益求精、严谨细致的工匠精神应是其办学指导思想和定位的核心与精髓。德育是培养学生工匠精神的主阵地,将工匠精神融入中等职业学校德育中,让所有学生在刚进校门不久就开始从德育中潜移默化地培养精益求精的工匠精神。促进工匠精神融入中职德育,能够更加明确中职教育的人才培养目标,在注重人才技能培养的同时,注重人才职业精神和职业道德的培养,定能造就数以亿计“德艺双馨”的大国工匠、行家里手,促进我国由“中国制造”向“中国质造”和“中国创造”转变,为全面建成社会主义小康社会作出巨大贡献。本文从工匠精神的内涵出发,对“工匠”及“工匠精神”进行了历史溯源,阐释了工匠精神的重要性,揭示了当今中职德育体现工匠精神不足的问题,从而提出工匠精神融入中职德育的改进建议,相信可以为中职如何培养具有工匠精神的技术技能人才提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern society, all aspects of the society have higher and higher requirements for talent, not only requires them to have a higher level of knowledge and skills, but also requires a higher level of professional literacy. Therefore, in the current secondary vocational education, the cultivation of students' professional literacy has a very important role and significance. March 5th 2016. Premier Li Keqiang said in his government report that he would "encourage enterprises to carry out individualized and flexible production, cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship, increase variety and improve quality." Creating Brand. "the Spirit of craftsman" appeared for the first time in the government work report, which once again appeared in the public's view of the word that was gradually moving away from us. Cultivating the spirit of contemporary craftsmen is the call of social development. Vocational colleges and universities are the main position for cultivating and training socialist builders and successors who have a sense of innovation, good professional conduct and specialized technical skills. Cultivating and shaping the spirit of craftsman should be the core and essence of its guiding ideology and orientation, and moral education is the main position of cultivating the spirit of craftsman. The artisan spirit will be integrated into the moral education of secondary vocational schools, so that all students will begin to cultivate the craftsman spirit from the moral education shortly after entering the school, and promote the craftsman spirit to be integrated into the secondary vocational education. To be able to better understand the goal of talent training in secondary vocational education, pay attention to the training of talent skills, while paying attention to the cultivation of professional spirit and professional ethics, will certainly create hundreds of millions of "good arts and arts" of the great country craftsmen. In order to promote the transformation of our country from "made in China" to "made in China" and "made in China", this paper makes great contributions to the building of a well-off socialist society in an all-round way. This article starts from the connotation of craftsman's spirit. This paper traces the history of "craftsman" and "craftsman's spirit", explains the importance of craftsman's spirit, and reveals the problem that the moral education of secondary vocational school reflects the shortage of craftsman's spirit. It is believed that it can be used as a reference for how to cultivate technical talents with craftsman spirit in secondary vocational schools, so as to put forward some suggestions on how to integrate artisans' spirit into moral education in secondary vocational schools.
