新形势下高等职业院校语文教育的实用、人文及审美问题研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国职业教育事业发展迅速,规模不断扩大,工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习的人才培养模式初步确立。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》把提高质量作为高等教育改革发展的核心任务,强调了质量对于高等教育发展的重要现实意义。对于高职教育来说,“十二五”期间改革发展最核心的任务,最鲜明的特征就是提高质量。只有办出了质量和特色,才能让社会满意、让学生满意、让家长满意、让企业满意,才能真正实现职业教育的价值,赢得全社会的尊重和支持。从教学者的层面来说,很多老师存在着较大的误区,将大学语文的教学视为一门“轻松的课程”,较之专业课程,教师更容易忽视、更加缺乏对自己的教学目标的考察和对教学效果的反思追问。高职语文教育没有高考指挥棒的指导,也就给予教师更多的教学改革空间和创造性教学平台;出了校门,高职院校的学生大多都走入第一线的生产线上,实践动手能力的要求更高,更加迫切需要语文教学能提高他们的人文素养、语文素质,提高他们与人交往沟通的能力,适应社会对实用性技能型人才的需要,增加自己的就业竞争力。语文教育应充分发挥对学生语言表达能力(包括笔头表达能力和口头表达能力)、健全人格塑造、和人文素质培养和审美能力的培养等方面的积极作用。中国正处于高速发展的时期,已经成为世界第二大经济体。国家不仅仅需要大量的进行知识创新和创造的科学家,更需要千千万万将图纸变成产品,将知识变成财富,将技术变为现实生产力的高级技能型人才。要将“中国制造”变为“中国创造’最核心的环节之一就是要有大量的技术型人才推动这一转变。正因为如此,国家高度重视职业教育。高职院校要培养高技能型人才,这是我们的培养目标,但是不是说我们的学生一辈子都必须是、也只能成为一个蓝领工人。其实,这种理解也是有失偏颇的。高职教育是高等教育,我们不仅培养技能,也要培养素质,我们不仅要教育学生如何做事,也要教育学生如何做人。很多在学校里专业技术扎实、动手操作能力强的同学,在企业实践中却遭受挫折。企业需要的是一个和谐的团队,而不是一个只懂一门技术的工人。团队协作,服从意识,学习新的技术等方面的能力,也离不开一个学生的人文素养。人文文化和审美意识的人才培养核心是:乐业、敬业、创业、创新。在高职院校中,语文教学要彰显人文特色,这种人文文化的内涵,应该包括职业文化、人文素质、审美教育等一系列完整的综合素质,我们培养的学生不是识字的“农民工”、“技术工”,而是在学校的学习中具有主动性和创造性,能自我教育自我管理,具备健全人格,能够运用学习的专业技术知识解决实际问题,并有科学的世界观、正确的人生观和奉献的价值观的人。对于第一线的广大语文教师来说,我们有更强的使命感和责任感的同时,必须亲身参与调查研究,总结原因教训,找出失误,进行相应的调整和改革。笔者从职业院校语文教育实用性教育这个切入点展开,延伸到高职院校语文教育的人文性和审美教育领域,进行综合论述。

Higher vocational education has no college entrance examination baton guidance, will give more space for teachers teaching reform and creative teaching platform; out of the school gate, high vocational college students are the first line of production into online, practical ability is more demanding, more urgent need of Chinese teaching can improve their humanistic quality, the quality of language, improve their ability to communicate with people, to meet the social needs of practical talents, increase their employment competitiveness. Chinese education should give full play to students' ability of language expression (including written the expression ability and verbal ability), sound personality, positive role and the cultivation of humanistic quality and aesthetic ability. China is in high speed development Time has become the second largest economy in the world. Countries not only need a lot of knowledge innovation and the creation of scientists need more drawings into thousands on thousands of products, knowledge into wealth, technology into higher skilled talents. Productivity to "China manufacturing" to "create" the core of China the link is to have a large number of technical talents to promote this transformation. Because of this, the country attaches great importance to occupation education. Higher vocational colleges should cultivate high skilled talents, this is our goal, but not to say that our students must be a lifetime, can only become a blue collar worker. In fact, this understanding is biased. Higher vocational education is higher education, we not only develop the skills, to the cultivation of quality, we should not only teach students how to do, should also educate students how to behave. In many school solid expertise, hands-on ability of students, in the practice of enterprises has suffered a setback. The enterprise needs a harmonious team, and not only an understanding of technology workers. Teamwork, obedience, technology and other aspects of the new learning ability, also cannot a student of the humanities. The humanistic culture and aesthetic consciousness of the personnel training is the core: the music industry, dedication, entrepreneurship, innovation in higher vocational colleges, Chinese teaching should highlight the cultural characteristics, the connotation of humanistic culture, should include occupation culture, humanistic quality, comprehensive quality of aesthetic education and a series of complete, we the students did not read the "migrant workers", "technology", but has the initiative and creativity of learning in school, can self education and self management, has the perfect personality, able to solve technical knowledge learning use Solve practical problems, and a scientific outlook of the world, giving a correct outlook on life and values of the people.
