规模型中职实践教学体系的建构

【摘要】：实践教学是相对于理论教学而言的,被认为是职业学校的教学特性。随着职业教育的发展,规模型中职学校开始在各地崛起。对规模型中职来说,实践教学体系的建构更是一个突出问题。实践性教学拥有其特有的性质、功能、特点与方法,在实践教学体系建构的过程中应遵循协调性原则、目的性原则、开放性原则和实用性原则。中职实践教学体系在内在结构上包括目标体系、内容体系、管理体系、评价体系和保障体系等,而其建构有赖于对实践教学资源进行有效的开发与利用,如挖掘校内实践教学资源、校企合作拓展实践教学资源、政府主导共享型实训基地建设等。中职实践教学体系建构正遭遇现实困境,表现为认识困境、师资困境、条件困境和管理困境等。祁阳县职业中专是一所典型的规模型县域中职,其在实践教学体系的建构过程中,形成了三大实践教学核心特色,并开展了六大具体做法。部分改革措施具有一定的借鉴意义。中职实践教学问题的研究是一个有待进一步深入探索的课题。
[Abstract]:Practical teaching is relative to theoretical teaching, which is considered to be the teaching characteristics of vocational schools. With the development of vocational education, scale secondary vocational schools began to rise in various places. The construction of practical teaching system is a prominent problem. Practical teaching has its unique nature, function, characteristics and methods. In the process of construction of practical teaching system, the principle of coordination and purpose should be followed. The principle of openness and practicability. The system of practical teaching in secondary vocational school includes objective system, content system, management system, evaluation system and guarantee system. Its construction depends on the effective development and utilization of practical teaching resources, such as excavating practical teaching resources in schools and expanding practical teaching resources in cooperation between schools and enterprises. The construction of the practical teaching system of secondary vocational school is encountering the practical dilemma, which is manifested in the dilemma of cognition and teachers. Qiyang vocational secondary school is a typical scale county vocational school, which forms three core characteristics of practice teaching in the process of practical teaching system construction. Some of the reform measures are of certain significance. The research on practical teaching in secondary vocational schools is a subject to be further explored.
