论全面推进产教融合

【摘要】：2016年11月国家"十三五规划"提出,推进职业教育产教融合。为了认真落实国家"十三五规划",特提出:全力推进"四大融合",实现职业教育和产业发展的无缝式对接;积极推进具有行业特色的普通本科高校向应用技术大学转型,培养大批适应经济转型升级需要的高级技能型人才;进一步加快"双师型"教师的培养步伐,全面促进职业院校教师和企业技术人才双向流动;努力完善职业教育"直通车"和职业人才成长"立交桥",积极推进职业教育与普通教育双向互认、纵向流动。
[Abstract]:In November 2016, the National "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" proposed to promote the integration of vocational education industry and education. In order to seriously implement the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", it is proposed that the "four major integration" should be fully promoted. To realize the seamless docking between vocational education and industrial development; Actively promote the transformation of ordinary undergraduate universities with industry characteristics to applied technology universities, and train a large number of high-level skilled personnel to meet the needs of economic transformation and upgrading; Further speed up the training of "double-qualified" teachers, and promote the two-way flow of teachers and enterprise technicians in vocational colleges and universities; We should strive to improve the "through train" of vocational education and the "overpass" of the growth of professional talents, and actively promote the two-way recognition and vertical flow between vocational education and general education.
