基于高职制造类专业“学习领域”课程模式的应用研究

【摘要】：论文以“学习领域”课程模式本土化的影响因素为研究对象,借以当代德国职业教育主流思想所提出的基于工作过程的学习领域课程方案理论,确定了高职制造类专业“学习领域”课程模式的应用研究思路。首先,通过文献分析、个案分析和调查研究,筛选和确立阻碍“学习领域”课程模式在高职制造类专业应用发展的影响因素,并初步构建其影响因素指标以及研究模型。其次,结合SPSS软件统计及分析方法,展开对影响因素指标和研究模型的实证研究。最后,运用模糊综合评价理论,确立每项指标权重,并对影响因素进行合理分析,最终提出有效的应对策略。论文共分为六个部分:第一部分:绪论。阐述了论文的研究缘由、方法、意义、创新、核心概念界定及理论支撑,分析了国内“学习领域”课程模式的研究现状,确定了研究方向和思路。第二部分:德国学习领域课程的基本脉络与中国化过程。主要介绍了德国学习领域课程的基本脉络和“学习领域”课程模式的中国化过程。该部分内容全景展现了“学习领域”课程模式的基本概况。具体内容包括:德国学习领域课程发展状况和我国“学习领域”课程模式由引进到应用的基本概况。第三部分:高职制造类专业应用“学习领域”课程模式的基本情况。该部分研究了J职院汽车运用技术专业应用“学习领域”课程模式的整体情况。如专业群建设情况、校本学习领域课程开发与实施情况、存在的应用问题及分析。借鉴使用SWOT-PEST分析法,从政治、经济、社会和技术的宏观环境方面,针对我国高职制造类专业“学习领域”课程模式的应用发展进行矩阵分析。第四部分:实证研究——影响“学习领域”课程模式应用的因素。依据前期文献研究、调查研究、个案研究以及分析的工作基础,初步假设和确立了高职制造类专业应用“学习领域”课程模式的影响因素,并且构建出具体的研究指标和模型。通过实证研究,对统计结果分别进行项目分析、相关分析、因素分析、信度和效度分析,验证相关项、剔除无关项,最终完成对影响因素指标及模型的修正。第五部分:“学习领域”课程模式应用发展的影响因素综合评价。运用专家综合评价法和模糊综合评判法分析了经过实证研究验证得到的影响因素指标和研究模型。综合评判的结果即研究结论为:影响因素按照重要程度排序依次为“教学条件要求因素、基础设施配备因素、课程改革环境因素和区域资源条件因素”。第六部分:高职制造类专业应用“学习领域”课程模式的对策研究。在上述研究分析的基础上,结合我国职业教育发展水平和高职院校的实际情况,将宏观层面与微观领域有机结合,根据研究结论,提出了四大方面的研究对策:一是加强基础设施配备,构筑学习领域课程实施保障;二是营造课程改革环境,助力学习领域课程应用发展;三是对接教学条件要求,深化学习领域课程教学改革;四是整合区域资源条件,探寻学习领域课程发展路径。
