中高职衔接的几个关键问题研究

【摘要】:中高职的衔接,是我国中高职教育协调发展面临的重要问题,是我国建设现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分。做好中高职的衔接,不仅可以满足经济社会发展的需求,加快我国现代职业教育体系的建设,而且对于推进高职、拉动中职,提升职业教育整体吸引力都具有重要意义。本文结合国家发展职业教育的宏观政策以及职业教育发展的现状,阐述了中高职教育在衔接过程中存在的问题。主要表现为:中高职培养目标趋于宏观,差异性不明显;中职学生升入高职院校的比例小,通道不畅,招考形式缺乏针对性等;中高职专业尚不能合理衔接;中高职课程重复、脱节以及一直沿用的学科本位的课程模式等。在分析问题的基础上又具体从社会、国家、中高职院校三个层面分析了中高职衔接不顺的原因。社会对于职业教育的偏见认识;国家条块分割,政出多门的管理制度以及中高职院校各自办学,缺乏联系与沟通的实际情况都影响和制约着中高职教育的有效衔接。针对存在的问题提出以下对策建议:其一,建立基于国家职业资格标准的中高职培养目标衔接制度;其二,高职院校应以“三校生”为主要生源,并通过实行多样化和规范化的考评模式提升中职学生升入高职的比例;其三,逐步编制中高职接续专业,推动中高职专业合理衔接,与此同时也要充分利用“继续学习专业举例”,学习借鉴各种衔接模式,做好当前中高职专业的衔接;最后,通过制定一体化的课程标准,构建以职业能力为核心的课程结构,建立高职预科,改革教学管理形式等各种措施促进中高职课程的有效衔接。
[Abstract]:The connection of middle and higher vocational education is an important problem in the coordinated development of higher vocational education in our country. It is an important part of constructing the modern vocational education system in our country. It can not only meet the needs of economic and social development, accelerate the construction of our modern vocational education system, but also promote higher vocational education, pull secondary vocational education. It is of great significance to enhance the overall attractiveness of vocational education. This paper combines the macro policy of the national development of vocational education and the status quo of the development of vocational education. This paper expounds the problems existing in the process of linking up the middle and higher vocational education. The main manifestations are as follows: the training goal of the middle and higher vocational education tends to be macro and the difference is not obvious; The proportion of secondary vocational students entering higher vocational colleges is small, the channels are not smooth, the form of entrance examination is lack of pertinence and so on; The major of middle and higher vocational education can not be connected reasonably; Middle and higher vocational courses repeat, disconnect and have been using the subject-based curriculum model. On the basis of analysis of the problems, and specifically from the society, the country. This paper analyzes the reasons for the disconnection between vocational and vocational colleges from three aspects: the understanding of social bias towards vocational education; The state is divided into pieces, and the management system of government and higher vocational colleges and universities run their own schools. Lack of contact and communication of the actual situation affect and restrict the effective convergence of higher vocational education. In view of the problems put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: first. Establishing the linking system of the training objectives of the middle and higher vocational education based on the national vocational qualification standard; Second, higher vocational colleges should take "three school students" as the main source of students, and promote the proportion of secondary vocational students into higher vocational education through the implementation of diversified and standardized evaluation model; Thirdly, we should draw up successive specialties in higher vocational schools step by step, promote the rational connection between them, at the same time, we should make full use of the examples of "continuing to study" and learn from various modes of convergence. Do a good job of the current professional cohesion in higher vocational education; Finally, through the establishment of integrated curriculum standards, the construction of vocational competence as the core of the curriculum structure, the establishment of vocational preparatory courses, the reform of teaching management and other measures to promote the effective convergence of vocational courses.
