我国高职教育面向东南亚地区发展的路径与调适

【摘要】：从中国与东盟正式建立"战略伙伴关系"到"21世纪海上丝绸之路"发展战略的确立,中国已经成为东盟的第一大贸易合作伙伴,中国在东南亚地区的经济影响越来越大,在就业的驱动下,中国高等教育尤其是高等职业教育对东南亚地区学生的吸引力越来越大。由于东南亚地区高等职业教育存在人才培养与市场需求脱节、师资匮乏且师资实践能力不足等内在问题,以及我国与东南亚地区国家政府间的合作平台搭建、"21世纪海上丝绸之路"发展战略等外在支持,使我国高等职业教育搭建东南亚合作平台成为必然。我国高职院校可通过对东南亚地区开展基础性援助、开展师资培训交流合作、开发当地生源、开发海外实习项目等进行国际合作探索。
[Abstract]:From the formal establishment of the "strategic partnership" between China and ASEAN to the establishment of the "Maritime Silk Road" development strategy in 21th century, China has become the largest trade partner of ASEAN. China's economic influence in Southeast Asia is growing, driven by employment. China's higher education, especially higher vocational education, is becoming more and more attractive to students in Southeast Asia, because there is a disconnection between talent training and market demand in Southeast Asian higher vocational education. The internal problems such as the shortage of teachers and the shortage of teachers' practical ability, as well as the establishment of the cooperation platform between China and the governments of Southeast Asian countries and the development strategy of the "Sea Silk Road" in 21th century, etc. It is inevitable for our higher vocational education to set up the Southeast Asia cooperation platform. Higher vocational colleges of our country can carry out basic assistance to Southeast Asia, carry out teacher training exchange and cooperation, and develop local student resources. Develop overseas internship projects and carry out international cooperation exploration.
