中等职业院校学生干部管理中存在的问题及改进对策研究

【摘要】:学生干部是学生中的优秀分子,是链接学校、老师和学生之间的桥梁。近年来,随着职业教育的快速发展,职业学校毕业生的数量已经超过普通本科院校,职业学校学生干部也成为了党和国家的优秀人才资源。然而与职业学校的发展态势相反的是职业学校的学生干部管理研究却显得十分滞后,根本无法满足现阶段职业学校学生干部管理的实际需求,在新形势下,如何以科学发展的眼光看待职业学校学生干部的管理工作,已成为各职业学校教育管理工作中的首要课题。 本文主要采用理论与实践写结合的方法,以石家庄铁路运输学校(现为河北轨道运输职业技术学院)为例,结合已有的理论知识对职业院校学生管理的现状进行了描述,找出了职业院校学生干部管理存在的问题,并提出了有针对性的解决措施。 本文分为四个部分。第一部分是本文的绪言,包括本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究现状、理论基础、研究方法和研究思路等。 第二部分是职业院校学生干部管理概述。在明确职业院校学生干部的内涵后,阐述了职业院校学生干部管理包含的主要内容,并且从国家发展、教育需求、学生需要等方面论述了对职业院校学生干部管理进行研究的重要意义。 第三部分从石家庄铁路运输学校(现为河北轨道运输职业技术学院)入手进行了实证调查,分析了职业院校学生干部管理的现状。从研究中发现现阶段职业院校学生干部管理目前存在着:各级领导对学生干部管理工作重视度不够,学生干部的选拔不科学,学生干部的培训效果不显著,学生干部的监督考核跟不上,,学生干部的激励机制不完善等问题。 第四部分提出了职业院校学生干部管理的改进策略,主要包括:加强对学生干部管理工作的认识、建立科学的学生干部选拔机制、建立系统的学生干部培养机制、建立民主的学生干部考核监督机制以及建立完善的学生干部激励机制。 学生干部管理是一个系统工程,需要职业院校各级部门和领导老师的通力合作,只有齐心协力才能做好学生干部的管理工作,促进职业教育的高效发展。
[Abstract]:Student cadres are the outstanding members of the students, is a bridge between schools, teachers and students. In recent years, with the rapid development of vocational education, the number of graduates of vocational schools has exceeded that of ordinary undergraduate colleges. Student cadres in vocational schools have also become the excellent talent resources of the Party and the country. However, contrary to the development trend of vocational schools, the study of student cadres management in vocational schools is lagging behind. It simply can not meet the actual needs of student cadres management in vocational schools at this stage. Under the new situation, how to treat the management work of student cadres in vocational schools from the perspective of scientific development. Has become each vocational school education management work in the primary topic. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theory with practice, taking Shijiazhuang Railway Transport School (now Hebei Railway Transportation Vocational and Technical College) as an example. Combined with the existing theoretical knowledge, this paper describes the present situation of student management in vocational colleges, finds out the problems existing in the management of student cadres in vocational colleges, and puts forward some pertinent solutions. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction of this paper, including the research background, research significance, research status, theoretical basis, research methods and research ideas. The second part is an overview of student cadres management in vocational colleges. After defining the connotation of student cadres in vocational colleges and universities, this paper expounds the main contents of student cadres management in vocational colleges and universities, and from the national development, education needs. This paper discusses the significance of studying student cadre management in vocational colleges. The third part from Shijiazhuang Railway Transport School (now Hebei Railway Transport Vocational and Technical College) began to conduct an empirical investigation. This paper analyzes the present situation of student cadre management in vocational colleges and universities, and finds out from the research that there is currently existing student cadre management in vocational colleges: the leaders at all levels pay less attention to student cadres management. The selection of student cadres is not scientific, the training effect of student cadres is not remarkable, the supervision and examination of student cadres can not keep up with, and the incentive mechanism of student cadres is not perfect. The 4th part puts forward the improvement strategy of student cadre management in vocational colleges, including: strengthening the understanding of student cadre management and establishing scientific selection mechanism of student cadre. A systematic training mechanism for student cadres, a democratic examination and supervision mechanism for student cadres and a perfect incentive mechanism for student cadres are established. The management of student cadres is a systematic project which requires the cooperation of all levels of departments and leading teachers in vocational colleges and universities. Only by making concerted efforts can we do well the management of student cadres and promote the efficient development of vocational education.
